It’s not for approval; it’s for issuance. The drama was submitted for the review process a month ago, and the review process and distribution approval are two different things.

The review process focuses on censorship and content compliance, while distribution approval is the official license to release the drama. The NRTA will only grant a distribution license once the drama has successfully passed the review process. Without passing the review, a drama cannot obtain the distribution license and therefore cannot be aired.

Based on NRTA portal, the drama is still tagged as under review, so maybe by December or beginning of 2026 NRTA can approved the drama and issued a distribution approval (Distribution License).

For clarification, the English Title is “How Dare You!?”. According to my inquiry with iQIYI International, they haven’t received any updates about the title “How Are You”, and iQIYI clarified that the new poster only features a tagline, not the official English title.

It’s also shown as “How Dare You!?” on iQIYI International.
