still no news about licensing :/ melon sources all say Q1 but I guess they're waiting for the broadcast license…
It’s not for approval; it’s for issuance. The drama was submitted for the review process a month ago, and the review process and distribution approval are two different things.
The review process focuses on censorship and content compliance, while distribution approval is the official license to release the drama. The NRTA will only grant a distribution license once the drama has successfully passed the review process. Without passing the review, a drama cannot obtain the distribution license and therefore cannot be aired.
Based on NRTA portal, the drama is still tagged as under review, so maybe by December or beginning of 2026 NRTA can approved the drama and issued a distribution approval (Distribution License).
Chang Hua sen...guest role??? I thought he was going to be the atleast in the support role!!!
Chang Huasen is busy on his currently filming Modern drama The Vanishing Beauty which is he is the male lead, he can't do a support role it might affect the filming progress and his schedule for the vanishing beauty.
No..... rumoured says that this is 2026 1st quarter's line
For Clarification: They finished filming only not complete the editing (These two are different stages and not same at all).
After filming, the drama will undergo post-production and a review process by the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA), also known as the Censorship Board. This process usually takes around 5 to 8 months to complete, and in some cases, it can take up to a year if the production team requires more time for editing or if additional reviews are needed.
After the first editing is completed (which includes cutting per episode to adjust the total runtime and episode count), the drama can then apply for the review process and distribution approval. These two are different stages. The review process focuses on censorship and content compliance, while distribution approval is the official license to release the drama. The NRTA will only grant a distribution license once the drama has successfully passed the review process. Without passing the review, a drama cannot obtain the distribution license and therefore cannot be aired.
1st Process: Censorship/Content Review 2nd Process: Distribution Approval (Distribution License)
It seems you are still new to c-drama? They need first the content review before the distribution license.
When is this drama coming out??? He looks excessive good and his cold personality makes it hotter!!!! 🔥
The drama is finished filming not long time ago and still need to undergo post production and censorship review and obtaining a distribution license, so it would take 3 to 5 months to complete the process.
Actually, it can be submitted for review once the first edit is completed (which includes cutting per episode to adjust the total runtime and episode count), it's acceptable to submit the raw version without special effects, CGI, dubbing, and so on.

For clarification, the English Title is “How Dare You!?”. According to my inquiry with iQIYI International, they haven’t received any updates about the title “How Are You”, and iQIYI clarified that the new poster only features a tagline, not the official English title.
It’s also shown as “How Dare You!?” on iQIYI International.

I checked the previous comments, and if you backread, it looks the same. Or is this something new?
Usually streaming platform don't promote the drama too early, so expect pre heating phase will start next week .
This feature is only available when the official release date announcement is near and the premiere day is approaching.
iQIYI International posted so late.
It’s also shown as “How Dare You!?” on iQIYI International.
