"Moonlit Reunion" is a Linmon production, and Linmon holds the distribution license. It’s still uncertain whether they will allow Tencent Video’s international platform, WeTV, to stream the drama.

Since there is no official confirmation about a WeTV release, it's better to start requesting the drama on Viki and Netflix.

Linmon productions are sometimes not distributed on chinise international platforms. However, their previous drama A Dream Within a Dream was available on both iQIYI China and iQIYI International.

It’s not a long-shelved drama. Legend of the Female General obtained its distribution license in January 2025, so it hasn’t even been delayed for a year.

Legend of the Female General was planned to broadcast during China’s summer vacation (July–August), so it is not considered delayed.

In fact, Tencent Video originally intended for this drama to air during the summer vacation. This was already a rumor last year after filming was completed.
