Didn't like this one. I really didn't like how it tried to justified the fourth sister's cheating at the end. Infact it tries to normalise adultery which is problematic. None of the characters got any development. It's actually a forgettable series.
This was a weird experience for me. Watched this on Netflix and I enjoyed it. This is kind of my first J drama which is very old(not counting Alice in Borderland, Switched or Love and Fortune). It is different then those dramas because of the technical shortcomings. I think they treated the subject matter with a lot of maturity (only referring to Deafness). There is a point in the show where cancer is mentioned and there is a very weird type of music in the background. Also it was resolved way too quickly without any drama. I feel like Keita and Akane didn't get enough focus individually. Also the show just totally forgot about Kai's sister. Nevertheless I enjoyed it because of its weird charm. I feel like if it was more comedic it could have been better.
Oh man. What a ride this show took us on. The last two episodes made me so teary eyed. It's good that I didn't finish the Webtoon yet but the K drama is so emotional. This show knows how to give you thrills, suspense, drama, tragedy. Both Park So Dam and Seo In Guk did their performances so well. The romance in this show is good too despite us only getting bits and pieces of it. If anyone is reading my comment I highly recommend it. Please watch it this instant.
Just finished it and wow. It was amazing. I just went into this because Nam Joo Hyuk is a really great actor and I wanted to see what he could do with such a serious role. He delivered in spades. If you are going in this because of Nam Joo Hyuk you won't be disappointed. The premise of the show is pretty simple initially but it evolves into something big nearing the end. I wouldn't say I am a fan of the ending but I don't hate it (Atleast it's better than Attack on Titan's ending lol). I also liked the moral dilemma between the two characters. It kind of reminded me of Death Note. If I have to find faults with the show I would say the action is sometimes unbelievable. Also there is a cutaway from action scenes a few times. Other than that I kind of wish that the Jiyong's friends got more involved in the story. They are essentially just background characters which is a shame because I enjoyed whenever they were on screen. Even the Professor at the college wasn't involved much in the case. One major thing I want to add - The show made it seem like Choi Mi Ryeo is the only capable reporter at her company. It's like others are dumb idiots just going along with her plans. I find that hard to believe. Overall I loved the show. I may even give the Webtoon a chance.
Bad movie. Due to the quick cuts I couldn't tell what was going on when there was any action. The characters in this are stupid. Who fights with knives in this day and age ? There is no point at which you feel the main character is in any danger. At one point I was rooting for the bad guys because they were much more interesting.
Is it just me or did anyone else noticed the weird editing of the show ? Keeping aside the romance, this show jumps from scene to scene without any fluidity. I know it's an adaptation of a Webtoon but it doesn't have to be like that. Also why did this get only 9 episodes? I couldn't connect to the characters despite their great acting (and I mean that) because of the short runtime. It should have gotten 16 episodes.
Am I the only one who is bothered by the terrible production value of the show? I am not asking for the cinematography to be movie level but it feels so bland. It just doesn't look Good and the Zombies don't look terrifying
I watched like 15 minutes of it and I can't watch it. The background looks terrible. The zombies are not terrifying and it feels like the pacing is too fast. Whoever did the background of the show did a terrible job. It feels lifeless. Dropping it. The creators of this show should learn from the creators of All of us are dead on how to make an engaging and terrifying show centered around Zombie apocalypse.
