Crying at every opportunity only makes you look guilty especially if you can't even answer a straight forward question without having to cry . Like I said .if you have a weak mental strength state. The thought of him being a weak is purely based on character assessment . He started crying everytime a question was asked . Literally everytime . I understand the fear factor but if you are innocent, your first defense instinct is to show and say that you are not guilty, that is 93.6% of the of the reactions given in the 37 real life cases where the accused was Innocent that I have seen . They answered questions straight without the need to cry 😭 the second they were asked . If the character does not develop into a confident MC . then the MC development writers did a terrible job .
