I agree with you so much. The drama itself isn't bad, I liked a lot, finished in 2 days. But people need to understand that there isn't a drama without a flaw. The best thing about this drama was the friendship. Great review 👍👍🥰🥰

Can’t even remember the last drama from JCW that I liked. Hope this is good.
I watched 3 dramas starring him: the k2, suspicious partner and melting me softly.
And I must say i don't think he fits melodrama or romantic/comedy, maybe it was the script, the director, i don't know. But I really hope that he chooses a drama that makes him shine.

Why do I feel this whole situation it's because they deleted "the original VegasPete" story?... VegasPete's original…
I didn't read the novel, are their story really messed up?

I understand your point and asian shows do have problems with mockin people with dark skin, not only in Thailand…
I think the real problem here is the production of the drama Mae Krua Kon Mai, not Golden Blood. The point you made makes real sense, about the lack of representation in tv of people of dark skin color in Thailand/China. But that lack of representation is not only exclusive to the skin color you know.

In K-dramas we only see the beautiful actors on screen, in Korea image is very important, that's why they have large numbers of plastic surgery. We can see that in My Id is Gangnam Beauty. The K-actors are always handsome, muscular and hot. Even villains are handsome. Of all K-dramas I watched I haven't see a person who wasn't like this. That also can be applied in every production of asian drama, latin soap opera, american tv series, etc.

Also in BL, whether is Thai, Taiwan or even China bromance, they are always handsome. So there aren't gay people who aren't handsome? I am suppose to believe that?

So should I stop watching all dramas because of that?

the channel behind this show is known for its racism and mockery of dark skin https://i.imgur.com/5XGaZxQ.jpgif…
I understand your point and asian shows do have problems with mockin people with dark skin, not only in Thailand by the way. But don't you think that watch this show in unnofficial sites to boicot the drama might be too extreme. Because for me it's disrespectful to the actors.

The FL was so annoying, especially in the beginning. Also, I didn’t get her going away when the ML told her…
I agree with your point, It also didn't make sense to me at all.

Did anyone else notice Sam's earring? It looks like a swastika. Netflix should know better.
The swastika is a Buddhist symbol, the other was an inverted form of it, just look on the internet. But I was bothered because of It because people might misunderstand it.

I'm sorry if my writing is not good, english isn't my prime language.
Thanks 😍 It really makes nosense. I was really liking Mashiba growth through the drama, and I think this is a breakpoint to her, just like the return to the restaurant was to Shun.

Title Why I Dress Up for Love Spoiler
About the last episode, i understand that Mashiba is in pain and frustrated right now, but I am on Shun's side on this.

1. When he talked about the job offer with her, he really wanted to know her opinion, but the way she talked it was like she was going to use his job in another city to run away from her problems, which i didn't like. So when Shun told that to her face, i wasn't mad at him at all. When you are in a relationship as a boyfriend/girlfriend, sometimes you need to be honest with your partner if that decision is gonna affect your relationship. So when Shun asked her if she was justing using that to escape from her problems, I din't think he meant it to hurt her.

2. Also, when Shun found out about her struggles with her social media, he tried to cheer her up, even though she never fully talked about the problem with him. I know he wouldn't fully understand but it will be nice if she acted like he was her support.

3. I also think that this episode shows how much Shun has matured, a few episodes ago he was willing to let Mashiba be with Orca, like it was best for her. But in this episode he actually talked to her when his decision in that job offer would affect their relationship. He wanted her to be part of the big decisions on his life.

4. I don't think i can stand that Orca anymore. At this point he's basically doing everyhing he can to win Mashiba. SHE'S DATING. I'm sorry but i don't like this "if you are not good enough for her i will steal her from you" trope. I think I had enough of this in dramas. In Brazil we have a term for this, and it is TALARICO.

5. About Mashiba, I really do feel sorry for her. It must be terrible for her, it really isn't her fault. But I do think avoid is not goin' to make the problem go away. I was so mad that she talked with Orca by the end of the episode. WHYYYYYY?

6. Can we just appreciate that Shun DOES NOT want her to regret a decision by running away like he did?

This came out a little bigger than i had planned but i needed to share my thoughts.
