But WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY...... Why should the ending be like that? Why can't they make it a happy ending for leads? I have seen a few scenes and I liked it but with this end I'm removing this from watchlist.

I'm waiting for this to complete airing so that I can start once I have checks out the end.

I only hope there won't be last minute happy ending or open or sad ending. Since this has time travel I'm praying don't make such bad endings. complete with good happy ending but not as last minute happy one.

Tang Min is so cute in generals lady. I also liked her very much in chef hua.

It's just past not present. Don't get confused. They are showing us the scenes that already happened between them. The scenes how they took initiative to get together. And the last scene is before he gets transferred from his 2nd hometown and later the real story starts.

Please don't' make this have sad ending or last-minute happy ending or open ending.
Please no breakups and not too much waiting for leads to get into relationship.

Yes what you said is true. But this is not a radio just to listen and imagine. They only talked about those things not shown. Then what is the use of drama instead let it be air in FM radio for listening.

Also, that barrier thing. If anyone can remove that barrier easily what is the use of using all his power to create that? He used his whole power and created that barrier and really at that moment I got goosebumps but then woof it's gone very easily. He wasted his power but nothing gained because of that and instead he becomes weak.

yes, indeed zhen yu is not stupid that anyone can cut off his tail easily. But that looks like that. He becomes dragon and flied over him, that looks so casual to me.

Also, if you notice you too only mentioning 2 or 3 fight scenes throughout the 40 episodes drama to compliment his powers.
May be this is kind of female as main and that's why they have shown her strength in here and where ML strength only talked or mentioned.

Actually, I understand that he is powerful but I just can't feel or see it.
Every time they only mention him as a great and powerful demon.

I'm a fan of xianxia. Who wouldn't be fan of xianxia. Amazing concept and they would have wonderful CGI.

😮‍💨😞 The way I'm debating here makes me look like I'm trying degrade this drama. But I like this so much.

Forgot about something. That sheild thing at last is wonderful. I agree with that. But the funny thing is that Mu Li haven't stressed to destroy that sheild even a tiny bit. He simply deals with that very easily.

Yeah at some places he showed his power. But what I'm saying is that for a 40-episode drama I thought I would see him more chivalrous. I know wuxia and xianxia are different. I said that just because I haven't felt much xianxia and the fights felt more like wuxia. But I like it and fyi I'm a fan of xianxia.
I'm not saying this drama is bad. I like it but I felt I would be more.
Also I want to ask you something. Do you seriously felt the power of Fan Yue when zhen yu's tail got cut out? B'cuz I haven't. He just simply cut with a sword and that zhen yu is like "come and cut my tail"
I really like the story even though there are so many deaths which I'm not a fan of that.
CGI is good. The leads relationship is good.
These things got me captivated with this drama till end. If you I'm talking nonsense about ML then you can take it like that. B'cuz I felt that way and I'm not saying he done very bad. It's just I haven't felt more of his powers while everyone in the drama say's he is so powerful.

Xianxia is also just good. Not much. May be they put wuxia tag because xianxia is very less compared to wuxia or just I think so.

After completing this and thinking about a few things I feel down. Like I haven't felt male lead powerful particularly anywhere. Everyone says he is powerful but hasn't seen clearly.
Next most importantly too many deaths and sacrifices.
Next in few scenes I felt like the supporting actors acting looked fake like they were acting for 1st time. (only at very few scenes)
For a 40-episode wuxia drama, there are very few twists. I expected the end fight would be great. But NO. Just average.
But I don't know why I still enjoyed this.
The leads have good chemistry. They trust each other and have a good relationship. May be because of this I enjoyed this one. Also, I like the wuxia here.
It's just I thought at end it would be filled with amazing wuxia fight but not happened.
And lastly and importantly what I also like is that background song and music that comes throuhout the drama. Really beautiful one.
OK I watched and enjoyed all the episodes individually. I thought of giving 10/10 but after completed and thought about these points at the end I gave 9.5.

OH MY GOD 🤯🤯😬😬 Too many sacrifices and too many deaths of innocent and good ones. I'm at episode 31 and don't know how many more sacrifices or deaths there will be in upcoming episodes.
I don't know whether to continue or not.

I'm at episode 24 and I quite like it.
But only one thing irritates me. There is this dialogue from start to present episode I'm watching that is "Don't blame yourself" or "It is not your fault". They used these dialogues too much. It became too cringy for me to hear them. Hope I won't hear in later episodes.

omg... I'm in episode 10 and this is damn good. I'm getting goosebumps in every scene. And that background music and song is so wonderful and sometimes it makes me so emotional and tears.
Hope this will continue till the end.

I like this drama very much that I rewatched this for 3 or 4 times.
But there is only one thing I don't like in this that is FL's friend Bi Ruo Shan. She always tried to ruin FL relationship even if that is not her intention.

2. officially at ep 25 but they have feelings for each other from the start. They flirt with each other from very early on and they have very good chemistry. (Like there are 2 kiss scenes before they get together officially)

Death is their end.
