It's definitely very intense, Ju Jihoon literally carried the whole drama and made the scenes very believable. There's a constant adrenaline rush in the way they design the suspense, which is almost pressing at full throttle for most of the runtime, though the actions might overwhelm the plot development a little. The dialogues did use some comical nature in it which feels a little far stretched at times, but the whole production is insanely solid and it'll be the best medical kdrama ever released.
