Am I the only one who's waiting for the whole series to hair so that i can binge watch it ? But still from all the comments and reviews I've seen, looks like this is gonna be a treat... can't wait

The thing is, I really think it's still a BL worth checking out... but yeah for obvious reasons, better skip it if you don't wanna have that bitter aftertaste in your mouth after finishing it.

What a beautiful drama... but honestly shame on the writers for that ending! MODC PTSD for real..

Most of them are movies, but all top notch...

Yeah, my cringe meter skyrockets when that happens... but it's Thai BL, what can one expect ? Try some Japanese BL, much much less of that in there.

Initially I wanted to wait for the whole series to come out before I start watching it, but damn I couldn't help myself and binge watched all 5 episodes. I must say, this took me by surprise. Sure enough there were some really (and I mean REALLY) cringy scenes, but in my opinion, the pace of the story between Sun and Sky is hard carrying the plot. The side couple are also doing it for me (even tho I really HATED Pitch at the beginning, but his smile and corkyness are really starting to grow on me a lot). And can I just say that Boat aka Sun is just a beautiful human being, like I can stare at that face all day (him being drunk makes it even better haha).

I can't believe I ended up falling in this trap. Now I have to wait for a whole WEEK!!!! Why didn't I just wait until all the episodes are out, i feel like I doomed myself.

It's a Taiwanese movie, and the plot seems interesting, so I have high hopes !

Ok gotta say, a bit of a slow episode, but the leads are doing such a great job of carrying the story. And on the other hand, the side couple is just REALLY doing it for me. Sooo freaking cute I wanna die. Oh and I still stand by what I said last episode, the ex still has a very punchable face, like I would throw him in front of a car (unintentionally of course hehe...) and not bat not bat an eye.

Over all, yet another banger episode... more please!

Oh wow, I was actually wondering what that Special Episode was all about. Thank God I don't have to watch TT2 again. I mean I liked it the first time, I just don't think I'm gonna enjoy it a second time, like at all. Its rewatch value is hitting rock bottom for me. Thanks for the info tho <3

Okey so just a side note, cause I see a lot of comments about this series being "cliché, but..." : BOY IF YOU DON'T SH... You want cliché ? Try Oxygen, My Engineer, 2gether, and the list goes on from the Thai BL world (and I'm not coming for any fans of the shows previously mentioned, so drop your pens, just saying I can still taste the cringe in my mouth from watching some of the scenes, and I've watched these shows a long time ago, so that's saying something, but I still like them overall tho). This series actually feels like a fresh glass of water going down my sore throat, which has been the case for a lot of Taiwanese BL series lately, if we compare them to most Thai ones (some strong exceptions have to be mentioned tho, like ITSAY, ATOATS, and MoD). But that's just me :)

What a fresh change from the usual BL dramas I've seen so far. Totally worth watching. Great acting, great story, everything about this was great.

Okay question, is this gonna be a continuation of their story from TharnType season 2 or a whole new story ? Cause if it is, gotta go back watch me some TharnType to catch up lol

I mean I'm not saying that you personally would say that, but just in general as a matter of speaking. And yeah, from all the reviews and comments I saw, I felt like I was the only one who noticed that, thank god someone agrees. I mean to his defense, Hao Ting really is just teen with hormones overload, and if we're completely honest, when it comes to these kind of things, he is just as clueless as Sun Bo (okay maybe not that much). I don't really expect him to be a full on gentleman, that's just me trying to project my own expectations on the show. The fact remains that what he did fits with the character continuity. I mean literally one of the first scenes we see him in is him jumping his gf in the infirmary, so yeah it sticks. And true, so many things to discuss about this series. Just goes to show how really deep and great it is.

I mean not gonna lie, the ending made so I'll definitely remember this drama for years to come, and maybe once it's not as fresh in my mind, I'll make peace with it. And I agree with a lot of what you said, except for one thing : it's true that realistically speaking, a death like that is a thing that can happen at any moment irl, however my personal reason for watching these dramas is to escape reality, not fall right back to it after 9 episodes of pure bliss. I just think that making a long lasting impact on the viewer doesn't mean the writers should go to that extreme. There are other ways. I'm talking from the perspective that Yu Shi Gu is without a question a character that deserved better, for someone who has suffered so much, not just a couple of hours of happiness, just to have it snatched away from under him like that. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for sad endings, just when they make sense and actually have a purpose. And before you say that he'll finally be able to join his parents among the stars (which I believe is what the writers were going for), just think about it like this : no parent, dead or alive, would want to see their child die at the age of 18, especially just when he finally started to feel true happiness. Other than that, this series was truly one of the best I've seen so far. I feel like Taiwan always delivers when it comes to that, I haven't disliked any Taiwanese BL series I've seen so far.

Yeah I mean would be perfect if they resolve it like in the next 2 episodes, so that the final 2 episodes we'll have nothing but sweetness and lovey dovey stuff. But that's just me ;)

Tbh, if this was a Thai BL, the implication of an ex means lots of scenes with huge misunderstandings that could be resolved with just the right amount of explaining from one of the parties, but since this is Taiwan we're talking about, I have faith in the writers not to drag the conflict anymore than it needs to. And yes, helping them get closer by his actions with be an added bonus I would very much enjoy.
