It is simple. If Netflix comes up with a s2 then, he maybe alive. If not, then we can assume he either died or somehow survived as a hambie. (I think he died as not everyone who was bit by that bully became a hambie. Secondly, the explosion. They showed a scene of ashes and also the name tag of On-Jo so I assume that he died.) Anyways, if a s2 comes up then we might see him alive.
The people who have antibodies, do they turn into half zombies? Because the girl who wanted to destroy the phones, did not exactly turned but she still had some abilities of zombies. Like high sense of hearing, eating raw fishes and when hit, she was not bleeding or dying. So can I assume that she had antibodies and so did not turn into a full zombie but a half zombie? Same with Nam Ra in ep 7. (High sense of hearing and wanted to bite the sml)
