Okay yo, can someone please explain the second last scene in episode 40?
Like I get it, he perished but how did she end up at the tomb? Was there a time jump? I’m so confused lol also what’s with him giving the Pearl to her? Is it just for her to remember him?
I can’t fully understand but this has previews for episodes 38-39 but just from the visuals and rough translations you can kind of tell what happens? Not sure if it’s reliable. Is this somewhat following the novel?
I swear for the slightest second when they were talking at the end of episode 35 and she says the whole “I’ll always be here with you” , she didn’t sound dubbed and it genuinely sounded like bai lu’s real voice, which makes me think have I got it wrong all the while? Maybe it’s been her all along and I’ve misjudged 😅 you know how some people sound diff recorded vs live..

From my POV she never loved him. Everything she does is either out of pity or for her mission. Nothing else.
I was beginning to feel the same. She didn’t seem sincere at the end. I saw a slight glimpse when YBC told her it was her who poisoned the porridge band you could see the slightest bit of guilt and anxiety and then it went so quickly 😂

Watching episodes 25/26 and I can’t help but think how these scenes must have been so difficult for them to shoot always having to spit out blood 😅😂 but excessive hahah
