Thanks for explaining! I tried looking it up and it kept coming up with “my heroic husband” the actual tv show and judging by the synopsis I could kinda get the gist it might be the same but I wasn’t sure 😂

Can someone explain what it means to be a ‘heroic husband’? Is it different than just a normal husband? 😂

Yeah exactly and the minute he found she was YX it’s like oh “I like you” “I’ll protect you from afar”. That got me so confused but also so mad. 😂

I see your point, But that’s the thing- was it guilt for thinking of killing her in the lead up? So he was trying to butter her up? He seemed to adamant that he was going to split their souls.

I’ll admit, I felt quite strongly that they weren’t the same people. Yes they can share the same body but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s the same person. Like it was mentioned above, her shared memories and experiences growing up has shaped her to be a different person. She even feels it.

I personally didn’t see LY developing feelings for YDD before finding out, he was quite indifferent (to me) about her. He was hesitant but he wasn’t head over heels for her, I think he was cautious. If that were the case he wouldn’t have even bothered finding out to confirm- just assume they are because physically they looked the same. That should’ve been enough. 😅 or maybe it was guilt in the lead up to him thinking he was going to kill her.

I’m yet to catch up to the latest episodes from last night so I don’t know if it developed but last I saw from episode 13/14 you can see her feeling unsettled by his confession and sudden immense of care. If she has no recollection of being YX, to her I feel like she’d feel like a replacement.

But I hope that changes- I just can’t seem to shake off that they’re the same. But maybe I’ll be told wrong otherwise! 😂 so don’t come at me just yet.

But I agree- unless they show more flash backs, it looked like YX and LY story ended more than it could have progressed. Which is why I feel from here on out it would slowly be more about her being YDD and him finally falling for this version of YX i suppose.

Yeah reincarnation, but doesn’t mean she’s the same person be it having something to do with her memories sealed. In his head she’s some goddess but to herself, she’s a completely diff person 😂 I just hope he doesn’t try to force her to be YX

Is she really though? I thought she was just the embodiment of her. That doesn’t imply that it’s the same memories. It’s like her past life is it not? That’s why she had the analogy of the wine. It might be the same body but they’re two diff people?

Uh, why do I suddenly feel so pissed at him after watching episode 14. Like when he says “the one I like is you” but it’s clearly not the same person. Her analogy of the wine was spot on. She’s the embodiment of YX spirit so that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re the same person right? I really hope he likes her for the right reasons- or more like for who she is now.

According to the trailer you can tell they find out in episode 14. Episode 13 must be a full recap of the past.

He saw her as his saviour and someone he had to return the favour for but I think he didn’t understand what love was because when she asked him if he had experienced it before he didn’t know how to answer her (that said the episode cuts there) but he probably shared mutual feelings too.

Even Deng Deng says it, you admire her, love is hard to tell. So.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But I hope he actually eventually likes DD for her and not because she might actually be YX
