I don't think it was sexual. For me it was her showing how she is now, raw her. And doing that was pretty gross for anyone, I think she was making her do something extremely difficult/ unpleasant, maybe to see if the emotions are strong. It doesn't make sense, but neither does asking someone who confesses love to you "Can you prove you love by giving up your life?" But she did that.
