i don't know why ppl esp filos will say that "i dont find this racist or rude whatsoever" the whole scenario is he didn't like the girl bcs he looks like a filipino maid.. like ur really insensitive if you don't find it rude. YES there's nothing wrong with being a maid but this is a harmful stereotype that can harm filipinos in the job market + it's wrong to use that as a derogatory matter esp with the current power relations between the two countries. Now let's talk about chinese racism against non-chinese and southeast asians that is highly overlook today. don't ever say that "iTs juST a drAma" like we're tired of it this small racist things shouldn't be tolerated at all. "actors are not to blame" if u have a basic human decency you can freely appeal and call out the scripwriter,director or whoever staff it is to change the script. all of them are in the same boat.
