Reading this again after the Baeksang nominees list was released, and I dare say Moon Sangmin deserves the award after everything he's been through as Grand Prince Seongnam!
It's a huge pressure for replacement actors to live up to expectations, especially from a well-loved actor. I wish all the best for Kim Sung Cheol as he accepts this role. I'm the biggest Kim Ji Ung fan!
I am sooo looking forward to this!!! Excited to see Lee Junho's return to romcom (Seo Yul from Good Manager was my first LJH encounter!) and I am also excited for Kim Jae Won who caught my eye in Our Blues!!!
it reminds me so much of TIOL through the trailer. the scenes where ML and FL are walking on the opposite sides of the road, someone working at the bank, people being involved in an affair, plus the title both have "love". except that TIOL starts really happy and bright, but CIL is already very sad and painful at the onset. it's hard to hate the FL here in CIL because she (and her siblings) are really good people who have gone through difficult times unlike Suyeong in TIOL who is really difficult to understand. well this is probably me trying to move on from TIOL and surprisingly liking a similar drama!

Good point. I wonder if it was intentional for her to transfer to Youngpo branch. She might have used Sangsu but she got hurt along the way. Hay, that's what happens when you're a nepo baby. You get what you want easily.
My wish for the finale: -proper, healthy closure for MG and GP -SY and her parents heal together, and MG and parents to be more loving to each other -JH to finally pass the exam and salute SY first, as promised -to know what's the real score between Mr. Lee and Ms. Seo, I mean during the hike, what's with the yellow handkerchief? Why do they always tease each other? Haha -Mr. Noh to finally get promoted -what's next for Mr. Yang? His story mirrors that of SS. -SS is such a stable character but is in so much pain, I hope for the best for him, be it with SY or alone. -I wonder why they give so much screen time for GP while he's not part of the main cast. Was he the author all along or something? Is it too much to ask for more details about his past, or should we just move on and waste such well-written character? He's my favorite, and I only have praises to Moon Taeyoo for bringing him to life.
What a rollercoaster ride that is Ep15. I was holding my breath one second, weeping at the thought of Migyeong leaving, giddy at Mr. Ma crashing at the dinner party and Mr. Noh's banter, weeping at Migyeong and Gyeongpil's "good riddance," feeling alive when Mr. Ma and Ms. Bae kissed in front of everyone, even more broken at the thought of Gyeongpil and Sangsu's relationship, wailing when Migyeong finally thanked her father, bursting in tears with Sangsu and Seokhyeon's drinking problem, and ugly crying when Suyeong learned the truth abouth her parents. How crazy was I to call this episode "healing" during SS and SY's touristy date in Tongyeong, only to be given a cliffhanger that it was their last moment together??? I appreciate the waves of emotion the creators gave us in this episode, though quite frankly a bit underwhelmed with the editing, music, and dialog compared to the likes of Ep13. It felt rushed. But still I love this show and I've rewatched the episode 3x now. I'm still not ready to let go of this bunch.
I have never been this obsessed with a fictional supporting character! So Gyeongpil is one for the books. I can never imagine any other actor who will play this role. I love to hate him! Great job, Tyu!!~!
