The way the actresses portrayed so many emotions so beautifully!
I do think the mom regrets it to a point...there's a scene where she's kind of watching a mother-daughter moment and she seems touched.
I wonder if we're going to get more insight on her past. But, I do think she will be put, again on the position of having to choose.

Yes! and the impeccable camera work also....the way they tilted the camera when it was focused on the mother...her world has been shaken and her face and camera focus reflect that.

I don't remember crying that much after watching last 7 minutes of episode 8. Great acting! Hats off to Park Eun…
And to Jin Kyung... The woman went from confident and a little amused to shattered.

I thought she actually wanted to give birth to WYW + did love WYW’s father and that it’s potentially her father…
Yes, I thought at the beginning the Hanbada CEO might be but not anymore. So, I agree I don’t think it’s likely.
And it’s fine.

I had hoped the dad would find someone too, as YW wished for him… but I guess with now the focus being on her mom and her past I doubt there will be time for that.

Yeah, we don’t know if he’s alive or not… but I guess we’ll find out.

I think the mother will be faced with the same choice she was faced years ago...her ambitions or her child.
I think so too. But then, she could have done something later to check on the child if she wanted. Anyhow, I whole we see more of their story.

Yeah, that's what I thought too... but I wasn't sure if I had missed something

there are none, the main couples romance is already a side plot
And as much as I love YW-JH interactions, I'm fine with that. The drama is about so much more.

Wait, the husband died?
Uhm, by the way, there's an unreleased scene between the two CEO's on YT. It seems the mother married the Hanbada's CEO boyfriend.

I am also thinking it might be something like that... if it's like it, maybe she'll be able to at least have a relationship with her daughter. I wonder though, what about her own family?

I loved how he didn't went and badmouth her mother even if he had reasons to.

Yes, and she wanted a daughter in law that is cute and naive but that’s not HaeJun.

Ironically, from the three women, HaeJun and YooNa are the most desperate to be part of a loving family. HaeJun even more than YooNa, but KyungAe can’t see that

As much as I think about it, i don't think she was abused. I think the grandmother thinks she was abused because…
I think the same. They all assumed she was bc of how they found her, but it will probably be that the little girl left the orphanage to look for her dad and got lost.
The tattoo ofc was the reason of why they might have thought she was abused but since apparently they never asked or reported her, they didn’t find out just how much her family has wanted to find her.

Auntie has served her purpose. They needed an external force to trigger the adoption reaction. Guest characters…
I think she might die soon, and since she asked her daughter to look for her family, she might do that. Hopefully she won’t get sick too… they keep mentioning that grandpa’s family have problems with the liver.
