The weirdest thing is that these characters have had zero development or growth. Usually in family dramas I see some character development but not here

I don’t understand that either. And in the case of WDR is worse. How come YG is still taking care of her? Ugh! No real consequences for most of these characters and tbh I’m so annoyed by that.
Agreed. It doesn't get any better. We should have taken the lake thing with the baby as a red flag. The father…
We really should have! I mean, he is a coward who is also lying to everybody. And is abusive too. Ugh… what a mess. And the fact that he’s treated as if he is this devoted family man makes me so annoyed!
Actually, i did feel sorry for Yeon Shil (her only among the parent). The writer did a switch up for me where…
I'd like to read what your thoughts are as the story develops tbh. I tried with YS. I did...didn't last much. I gave SC a chance...well... I do think that at least AK has been going through karma. Probably more than most characters in the drama.

I don't understand ppl actually finding it ok that she gets slapped and beaten every other episode. Like any of the other characters are so perfect!
I gave up trying to make sense of that marriage of SC & YS. If they are the reason why MiRim and JunOh end up breaking up, I'll be mad. That I'm sure of.
Agree about DD. The fact that she lets this family even have an input in her decisions is just...ugh.
He never loved his wife. They had a business arrangement. He needed a female to put DD on the family registry…
But if you take responsibility for a child, you better treat them right. And I mean, as much as hate SC, we can't say he was a bad father to DB. He never differentiated between both children. So, how come it was ok for YS to treat DD differently? And yes, I agree the fact that DD thought she was responsible for her mother leaving strained their relationship. But, then...she should have put her foot down and told SC to tell the truth.

I can't like her. Ugh! I've tried. But, nope. I can't deal with her always seeing how she benefits in most situations in order to make a decision. While I do think SC running around to AK all the time is not ok, I also think is unfair to beat AK all the time before confronting her husband. The one who made a promise to her. I feel sorry for DD. she really is stuck with this trio who are all very selfish.
