its a pity that this drama only have 12 eps which i believe it will not cover all the stories. Try to read the webtoon with the same title, I keep on laughing. The webtoon was completed a long time ago. Shin Ari and Kang Taemu in the webtoon is an eye candy <3. I have been reading it for multiple times.. you guys wont regret it but for those who have yet to read the webtoon you might want to beware of the spoiler.. hehehe

i dont really understand the ending,, but i assume the ML did recover from his sadness of losing his sister... and as for the manager.. i think it just the writer trying to show that she will have a new love.. it just the intern look similar with the ML... its a pity that the sister die as the FL cannot help to treat her since the cost is the FL's life...
