Yes, this drama is spoiling us and who knows how many other sweet scenes they filmed in the closed set that we didn't get reuters for. The last batch of clips I updated of them filming a sweet scene at night..looks like it's going be a beautifully shot scene. Based on what others have said about this director's past work he's known for shooting some memorable and visual aesthetically pleasing scenes. Xingyue & Ruohan looks so good together while filming that night scene and I love how they did Ruohan's hair. She looks so gorgeous. Some people are speculating that this night scene might be the ending scene for the drama.
She look so badass riding the horse. Her riding skills improved soooo much in such a short amount of time.
AUGUST 10th: Yay, we get a WEDDING scene for Hongce & Dingyi!!! They also filmed the scene where they got the decree from the Emperor to get married as well. Thank you to the screenwriter for adding the wedding scene, which we were deprived of in the novel.

Thanks to all those reuter clips I get to see how Xingyue treats Ruohan and takes care of her....so I definitely see the qualities in him that resembles Gable with him being charming, generous, kind, respectful, and professional (just to name a few). And yes, he does have that masculine presence like Gable as well. Out of all of Ruohan's upcoming dramas...this is the one I'm dying to see the most and I heard with costume dramas it takes even longer to air than modern dramas. πππ

I've been noticing an influx of people updating content or news about Ruohan on different social media platforms and it's so good to see her gaining more fans or more (positive) interest from other fans. I saw some posts from a few days ago that Xingyue's FC will stopped posting any of LIRD reuters starting August 1st due to his other drama, The Wanted Detective, officially airing. They want to keep the focus on that drama instead. I don't know if they're just halting Xingyue's LIRD reuters for 1st week of TWD airing or they're postponing any Xingyue's LIRD reuters until it finishes airing, which if I'm not mistaken that drama won't be done airing until maybe Aug 16th?

It's my favorite as well. That whole sequence of them running to each other and hugging each other so tightly you can feel how much Hongce & Dingyi loves each other before they even kiss in that scene. I can't wait to see how this whole scene will be edited when the drama airs since they filmed them doing multiple takes of the lift/hug and of course of the kissing scene. Remember that better chemistry question was only regarding bts clips. That's why I like going to Xingyue's fans post to see how they view Ruohan and it's so good to see how much they've embrace her with Xingyue.
Gosh I wish C-dramas would air faster after they are done with filming instead of us having to wait 6 mos or longer for it to air due to China's auditing process and all the other variables that delay the airing of the drama.

Gosh I wish C-dramas would air faster after they are done with filming instead of us having to wait 6 mos or longer for it to air due to China's auditing process and all the other variables that delay the airing of the drama.
Fingers crossed π€ that someone will post the translation soon. I hope after this drama ends their friendship will last forever π and not fade away after they are done filming.
