It is also used to imply the person constantly doing things non-stop, finding things to do and not letting herself rest, take a break.

I think up til their current rank, Liu and Jin - the 2 big bosses - husband and wife - can decide. However, to become partner, they need other firm partners to agree. Since Qin Shi is married, she would gain more advantages to get other partners' approval.
For Qui Shi, in episode 7, she recalled her difficult time to look for another job as single in the late 20s. Li Dai might have joined the current firm when she is fresh out of college vs Qui Shi quit previous jobs. It is more difficult to look for job in another firm when you are in between - junior (young, career driven, single) and senior (own clients, married, settled). Qui Shi @ that point was not junior but also not senior enough.

In the novel, ML exposed L&P's copycat with full evidence (he let them copy his game's code) and gathered other victims (that had their games copied before) and filed a lawsuit right before L&P's IPO. However, he settled the lawsuit (gave up revenge) and moved on with ZY in the company they were working together (different boss - not their own company). Some time later, someone from this company initiated the plan to acquire L&P. So ML did take back L&P but it was not as result of his revenge.

I think in eps 17, when ZY saw Xu Lina kissed on LX's cheek and asked him to meet the next day @ the lake, ZY knew Xu Lina is going to confess. ZY could not sleep that night and called Ren Di. With Ren Di's encouragement (that ZY and LX will be a perfect match), she went to dress up and decided to confess to LX. In the novel, LX has girlfrenz before (Liu Si Si was his girlfrenz - so ZY does not want LX to have another girlfrenz). Hence she rushed to confess.
I assume Ren Di told LX about Xiaoyan since ZY told Ren Di about Xiaoyan in eps 16. Haha maybe Ren Di told him about ZY's determine to confess too.

i never mention about 'her' - their daughter. I said they never forgive 'him' - the male lead. If they forgive him they would have let him go into their house during the new year eve day. They did not. He waited in his car while the female lead and their kid were inside the house.

and the novel did not mention they forgive their daughter or how they talked this out. holding the grandbaby, loving the grandbaby is not the same as forgiving the baby's mother or father.

They never forgive him til the first child is in middle school. The novel did not resolve this issue. I hope the drama will resolve this, just like the drama removes some of the bad habits male lead and female lead have in the novel.

He will work for someone's company. She purposely joins that company while she is supposed to go abroad again (her trip back to China was meant to be a visit). So he is cold / rude to her as he wants her to move on.

He told her in episode 18 that he saw her on her 17th birthday and it looked like a fairy tale to him. Then on the first day in college, he saw her and stopped his eye, I believe he recognizes her. I think he was drawn to her and likes her first. Cover her with his jacket when she slept outside of his hideout door is one of the signs he cares first?

in the novel, only female lead works with him in the new company. But Rendi and others support him when he asks for help ( for example, promote his new game since Rendi is famous). Even professor Liu's wife helped them. It is quite clear that they all are on his side and want to support him to get back on his feet, and be successful.

Jiho and his ex-wife were shown as teenagers that have some family issues -> they moved and lived by themselves in those small tiny places (common in Korea for cheap price) when they were in high school. I think it kinda gave a background as why they decided to get married and rely on each other (for Jiho, he wanted to have a family to eat with)

I thought in 1 episode, Zhao Ming Xin threatened that he can take Xiao Ran away just like how he took ML's father away. That could be something that ML is worried about and this is not the time he can actively protect her in Wusu.

the breakup is not long in the novel at all so I hope the drama is the same. The male lead does not have any family and business issues in the novel so it looks like the drama with 36 episodes would cover those.

because this is my first life is very different (I love it, watch several times). this one is 'drama'

I started last night and stopped at episode 7 when ML and FL got together. I read the novel some time ago. The novel is so so to me. I enjoyed the slow burn feeling in the first few episode but somehow I got less interested at episode 7. Might drop. Or might continue watching this weekend.

that is not her mom. That is her nanny, who works / worked for inha group. Her job was to raise the girl to become 'daughter of inha group', purely to be married off for business reason.
