I recetrly watched trailer up to episode 38 un Youku website, altough its s hame I can't ge tto watch up to 40th episode

Care to share a thought. I will binge watch this drama on Sunday, been hsopitalized due to a health scarce. And my question is:
The moment WuXin took LWJ and XS away and bring them to bid farewell to the Abbott, when he taught both of them a spell. The spell he taught XS was indeed some sort of backup in case WuXin and XS evil of half brother tryes to harm WuXin and turn him evil. So XS can scheme imagens of their journey together to recall old good days?

I heard somewhere else they started filming a prequel. Set 20 years prior to the events of this drama. But my chinese reading skills need to be honned

In the Ancient East Empire and Ottoman Empore as for I see any musling kingdom and Chinse kingdoms and later on when Chinese kingdoms were unfied as one and begin Chinese Empire.
So basically unuchs were used to guard women in harems, those were full of women belonged to the emperor, so nobody but the emperor could satisfy their llust with them. So by castrating a man to guard an Harem was pretty common in those days. So being castrated was "part of the job"
In Europe, for their part, in times when women were forbidden to sing, eunuchs were castrated so that they would keep their high-pitched voice and sing in choirs. There's this famous italian singer Farinelli, he was castrated as a child he was knows as "Il Castrate"

Just about both them living in Italy. Altough the chinese actor is dubbed and the South Korean actor had an accent teacher, that made him sound like an italian dude.

I agree with you, but one thing is slow burn romance and another one is one-step-a-year type of romance. People wnated to see some progress on GNT side

I get the mom's helped design a new homemade aircraft, but the scripwriter/s, shoud've taken into accpoount at least no to drag much the drama, by semiintrooducing this plot alongside few episodes, not highlingthing in one.
Heck they could've done the same during the dead passenger arc, they could've set the ground for half other plots an make it less draggy. 39th episode is unnecesary . Episode 38 y the real end

as they did in ep 38 tryping 两个月后 (2 months later)，三天后 (3 days later), then out of the blue Xia Zhi and Song Song are soon to getting married. I expected a bit of bickering romance for that couple

I think for the matter or dead passenger, this mini arc could've been simultaneously apired with another one, to last 3 episodes tops. It's draggy to last such unaccurate arc 4 epsidoes

I think it's not the show but the scriptwriter. I feel some plots should've been written off, the GNT blurred vision shoud've been hsppened before,
