I talking about cdrama. Following line by line in the novel which contradict the audience view. Ie: han li look average. Ect....Mention one in a while is okay. do not have to constantly mention it. That my experience from watching cdrama.

Seriously, sometime if the person that doesn't fit the description in look. Just omit it. You don't have to follow everything. Or mention all the time. It also apply to drama describe a character that ultra beautiful like everyone in awe, but they look pretty, not ultra. Since Chinese love novel, everyone is ultra beautiful that it move the sun and moon, it hard to compare to a real person. Doesn't have to mention all the time when it not true. Doesn't have to follow every sentence.

Even the donghua Han Li is not average looking or what you even describe .If you cast exactly what Han Li look like in the novel, I doubt passerby even give it a try. Mostly male novel have ugly to an average looking guy, then when it transition to donghua and drama. They completely different. I got novel fan complain that Yang Yang is too good looking. They want Louis Koo because his skin is tan, they want him when was I his 20s not as he is now. but Louis Koo is also is a pretty guy. So in the end, people still want pretty thing to look at.

Maybe the actress do not want join season 2.
