Fake girl could easily be exposed as she won't be able to open the door to the secret place of Jin family. And I think the original Buyeon is dead, only Naksu's soul is keeping her body alive. On the other hand Naksu's body was dead and later burnt so no way original Buyeon could be alive imo.
