I wish I could say this is good so far but I really can't. The story is ridiculously melodramatic, in a way that is almost silly. The director is trying to make the audience cry with everything she has and that's exactly what this feels like - an exercise in misery. Unfortunately it's also just not very interesting so far. Just crying and suffering but it's so over the top that it seriously hasn't make me tear up even once. Why are they revealing important plot related secrets by episode FOUR? Post production feels like they just threw everything together in a hot minute: the background music is WAY too loud, way too intrusive and constantly on repeat. For some scenes it is also absolutely unfitting. Why are we hearing sad piano music while Phukao is bursting with rage?
The performances are good. Ohm is a fantastic natural actor but this feels like he's been directed into a corner. He's giving his best and there are moments that feel totally his, but the director clearly wanted a certain performance out of him that did not use his natural talents at all. Unfortunately that makes some of his movements in some scenes look awkward and stilted as if someone told him how to move. View is giving a fantastic performances but Tu is proving that this role was too big for her. Her acting is very two-dimensional and honestly kind of boring. Everyone can cry and scream but her face doesn't tell a story the way Ohm's does. Off, I'm sorry to say, has this far been completely forgettable. Pluem on the other hand was fantastic in the few scenes he got and the little boy who plays baby Phukao was astonishingly good for his age as well. All in all I wish this series focused more on telling a good, interesting story instead of desperately just wanting to make the audience cry all the time.
Love the entire cast, hate the plot/concept. What in the fuckboi nonsense is this, seriously. I was also so confused to see Punpun here. I had to look it up because I thought she was about 35yo or something and seeing her paired with Nanon looked so weird.
They are filming Q32 today......more 9 Q's to go......they will probably finish filming by November starting...…
The issue is that GMMTV still has like four or five series that are completely finished that will air first so chances are they just have no space to air it this year. Either way, I hope it's good bc so far I'm not impressed with the production.

Supposedly it was supposed to air this year but I'm not sure that's still happening. The director hadn't even finished My Precious fully yet, it was delayed to March 2023 bc of it. Home School was supposed to start filming next week and they haven't even done workshops yet. Everything is super behind schedule.
Because they have. Nar-ra-tor has been dealing with delays ever since My Precious. No idea what's going on but they seem incapable of finishing a project in due time.

They are unfortunately heavily delayed. Like pretty much every project from that production company. They were supposed to be done last week but had to add 10 Qs to get everything done.

Isn't that just because he's a spokesperson? I don't think he's ever said anything that implies he has any position that isn't just producer or director?
Wait! Maybe they just mean something different when they say director of content production?
It just feels incredibly weird that his apparent senior position in the company isn't mentioned anywhere official. Not on imdb, not on LinkedIn, not on any Thai sites I could find.
Where did the "content production director of GMMTV" come from? I cannot find that title in relation to him anywhere else, just here. He's not even named himself that on instagram.
i feel like Bimbeam would shine in this role. Real unfortunate
She's been swapped out for the two roles she had this year and from her posts, it doesn't seem like it was her choice. Given that they've already started shooting and she attended workshops, that is HIGHLY unusual. My guess from experience would be her acting is not up to par for the seriousness of the roles ...
