An Unforgettable Gem in My Drama Collection
So, I just finished watching "Hidden Love," and guys, it's officially skyrocketing to the top of my drama list. I'm not even a hardcore drama buff, but this one? It's a game-changer. The story had me hooked from the get-go – emotions, plot twists, character development – you name it, they nailed it.Let's talk about the chemistry between the leads – off the charts! It felt so real, you know? Like, I was invested in their journey. The actors were on point, delivering performances that gave the characters depth and nuance.
And guess what? I'm already planning a rewatch. There's so much going on in the plot, and I'm pretty sure I missed some subtle details the first time around. The thought of diving back into "Hidden Love" is just too tempting to resist.
Bottom line, if you're into dramas or even if you're not, "Hidden Love" is a must-watch. It's got that perfect blend of a gripping story and outstanding performances that'll stick with you long after the credits roll. Trust me, it's a gem in the drama world.

A Must-Watch Masterpiece
I know it's late to add reviews, but I have forgotten to share my thoughts while "Alchemy of Soles" Season 2 was airing from December to January. After re-watching it, I can confidently say that "Alchemy of Soles" Season 2 is an absolute masterpiece and a must-watch. I've already completed it nine times, and there's something about it that keeps drawing me back in. It's interesting how I always find myself starting with Season 2 before moving on to Season 1, a pattern I've even followed with "Dr. Romantic." This series truly has a magnetic pull, and I can't wait to watch it again. Was this review helpful to you?

A Timeless Gem
Hey fellow drama enthusiasts! 😄 So, I know I'm fashionably late to the review party, but hear me out. I only recently started jotting down my drama thoughts post "Hidden Love," and let's be honest, how could I not give a shoutout to my all-time favorite, "Love is Sweet"? 💖Let's rewind a bit. I embarked on this delightful drama journey two years ago, and guess what? "Love is Sweet" was the first and, hands down, the ultimate best drama I've ever encountered. And no, I'm not saying it's the best; I'm screaming it's the "all-time best." 🌟
Now, I'm not usually the type to rewatch dramas endlessly. I mean, who has the time, right? But this masterpiece? I've lost count at seven rewatches, and you know what? It still hits me right in the feels every single time. I've dabbled in other dramas, like "Hidden Love," "Alchemy of Souls S1 and S2," and the ever-popular "Dr. Romantic." Don't get me wrong; they're good, but after a few rounds, the magic tends to fade. 🌈
Now, let's talk about "Love is Sweet." This drama is a gem, an absolute gem. It's got that timeless quality that keeps me hooked, entertained, and emotionally invested, no matter how many times I've seen it. The chemistry between Luo Yun Xi and Bai Lu is pure magic. I can't get enough of their stellar performances. ✨
So, if you haven't embarked on this journey yet, do yourself a favor and dive into "Love is Sweet." Trust me; you won't be disappointed. It's not just a drama; it's an experience. Happy watching, fellow drama addicts! 🍿👀

Damn, This Is the First Time I’ve Written Such a Long Review!
I first heard about The First Frost a year ago because of Bai Jing Ting, but at that time, I had no idea it was about Sang Yan. Then, about six months ago, I found out through the comments section that this drama is actually his story—and that got me so excited! I loved Hidden Love so much that I rewatched it 3 to 4 times within just 10 days of its airing. But one thing always bugged me—I wanted to know more about her brother. I never imagined he had his own novel, let alone a drama adaptation! Now, let me be clear—this drama is not for everyone. If you're expecting the same vibes as Hidden Love, you might be disappointed. But if you watch it with a fresh perspective, I’m 100% sure you'll love it. Yes, some episodes felt a bit slow—not because of the main leads, but the second leads’ parts didn’t interest me as much. Who knows, though? Maybe after my second or third rewatch, I’ll end up liking them too.
For me, the best episodes were from 1 to 15. Then, between episodes 15 to 26, they gave more screen time to the second leads and their grandpa, which I personally found a bit boring. But hey, you might like those parts—it really depends! What I can say for sure is that the editing, music, and cinematography are top-notch. The flashbacks of their high school days and Sang Yan’s POV clips? Damn, they added so much depth to the story. That’s what made me fall for this drama even more than Hidden Love. Don’t get me wrong—I still love Hidden Love. Its story is great, but it only really stabilizes after she enters college. The First Frost, on the other hand, is solid from start to finish.
So my advice? Give it a try. Watch until at least episode 15-20 before deciding whether to drop it. Honestly, this is the best C-drama I’ve watched so far—yes, even more than Hidden Love (No hate to Hidden Love! This is just my opinion—no one or drama was harmed in the process of writing this review. Just chill 😆).
Oh, and one last thing—please listen to the OST and read the lyrics. They are absolutely amazing. I’ve never liked C-drama music as much as this before, and now I’m actually thinking about learning Chinese just so I can understand the lyrics without needing translations!
So yeah—just try it, and you’ll know what I mean.

Never thought this one will be 10/10
I came across this drama on YouTube shorts and decided to give it a try. It's not for everyone; you really need to pay attention to understand everything, or you'll get lost. Initially, I was lost too, but after watching it four times, I fell in love with it. The acting is excellent, and as a big music fan, I was delighted by the beautiful OSTs. Surprisingly, it's one of the few dramas that I've rated 10/10 in my two years of drama-watching. If you enjoy slow-burn romance with a deep emotional connection and a simple yet intricate plot, this drama is definitely worth checking out.Was this review helpful to you?

Definitely worth watching
While not award-winning, this drama was enjoyable. Despite its shallow plot, the male lead's acting, sweet romance, and music kept me engaged. Additionally, the chemistry between the characters added depth. Overall, it effectively satisfied my entertainment cravings. Was this review helpful to you?
