Who said it isnt a comedy? Lol. It is subtle but the comedy used here is on a sarcastic and probably asian way of comedy because I use this almost everyday. Gahahaha
I felt that slap. Hahahah. The dynamics of this drama is superb. Imagine from his high status to a regular merchant just to do play pretend that made him lose his real identity.
One perfect example of struggling alone because we are no longer as close to our parents that problems like these are just keep hidden. Causing depression and other personal traumas. You're close with your parents but not close enough to share these kind of things.
Korean Culture is different from your culture family ties inst as easy as what you think it is. Plus the trauma that us asian kids had to experience that we are not treated as kids but either a trophy or investment is pretty bad. Yes we have close family ties but the dark side of it is pretty bad and thats the curse we wanna cut off as part of the much younger generation.
Both are great. IMO.Xiao Se's sarcasm in TBOY is always fun to watch and Wuxin is also great with words.
I am done with the novel as well IMO. Still the book one intrigues me alot over the rest of the series. Specially if you liked the previous book. Not that much Romance(though I like Xiao Se and Qianlou on the blood of youth) they really focused on the adventures and friendship of the three and there's this OP master Li who makes all the fun. While the Blood of youth one I feel like they got nerfed than their predecessors. Thats what I have noticed and the plot is rather more political(which is the plot) than adventures and their growth as martial artists.
No offense but I have watched Blood of youth twice already but I like Dashing Youth. Complete with Humor, CGI top notched and I feel like the story and adventures are better
I love how close to reality the show is. Like the scenes are really like a typical high school life unlike other dramas that jt became to fantasize and cringe because of too much fluffyness.
I am speaking γ γ every effin slowmo moments. π . I am a guy btw who lokes kdrama. Btw: The yellow umbrella signifies the joy of a new beginning, commitment, sharing, compassion, and most importantly, unconditional love.
