Title Secret Relationships Spoiler
word vomit incoming: this drama deserves all the nuanced takes it can get, and a controversial opinion might be…
This!!! To be honest, if this was real life. I would advise Daon to run from these three and never look back. I know lots of people like Seonghyeon but he has issues with boundaries as well. In real life we would call a guy like that a creep who doesn't take no for an answer. The other two guys are certified nutcases, but he is not too far behind with his antics. Everytime he pesters Daon I am like, "let my boy Daon breathe. And no he doesn't need to love you back!! πŸ˜…πŸ˜…. He has enough to deal with already".

Your points are all valid. I never said their relationship past or present is the ideal, I am just pointing out my own observations that's all.

I actually agree with you. I haven't read the Manhwa but I think that Daon still has residual feelings for Su Hyeon based on what I've seen so far. The show itself keeps emphasizing on the fact that they were both deeply in love with each other (you would think that the show runners prefer them as a couple). It was clear that even though Su Hyeon was aggressively kissing Daon in the beginning of the episode, Daon was clearly kissing back. It's like afterwards he suddenly came to his senses and started pushing him away, but he was kissing back initially. I really don't understand what went on with them in the past. Where they like PhiNong like the Thais call it, or where they in a situationship? They keep flirting with each other and the show seems to love chronicling their "love story" that never fully actualized.

I actually liked the first episode. I get some people's complaints over the sound quality and CGI, but I am already immune to those aspects when it comes to Thai series in general. I am not saying that they are all bad, but... A good portion are unfortunately.

Are you saying you think they were in a throuple like relationship?
Hmmm... πŸ€” Interesting. If that's what actually happened, it would make the show even messier than it already is.

Was that racist?!
Nope! Not at all. It's just surprising is all and probably an honest mistake. It sounds like a "love song" on the surface but if you know that genre of music, you will know it's a devotional song just based off the lyrics. It's more funny than offensive to be honest.

The teacher doesn't look like a teacher. Couldn't they have found someone older?
How old do you expect a teacher to be? A teacher can be anywhere from mid twenties upward, early twenties sometimes depending on if they graduated young. You can even find instructors/lecturers in universities in their twenties.

As a whole I really liked this show. However I didn't like some parts of episodes 11&12 cos I thought it was a bit much. I haven't read the manhwa so I don't know if they were just trying to stay true to the original work but... Sa eon disappearing for 6 months threw me off. What was that all about? And his excuse for doing so didn't cut it at all. I also didn't take that part of him going to a war zone to "punish" himself for something he didn't do. He was also a victim so He could have just communicated with his wife about his worries, they seemed to be doing better in regard to communicating so why the sudden up and leave? They were doing way too much with that sub-plot and almost messed up a great show.

Omg!! This episode was everything. Thoroughly enjoyed it and my boy Nut killed it as Jun ❀️❀️❀️. Played the cocky play boy with a heart of gold character to a tee πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘.

I just can't with this show's production. It's like they just can't let JohanNorth live their best life. But rather than being annoyed I find it ridiculous and funny. It's like whenever we are finally begin to move on from the HillTer backstory, they are like "Nope!! Not so fast!! Here is more!!" HillTer have soo much going on I can't even keep up. SMH.

but also rich for kan to not want to be called a murderer when he did, in fact, murder a person last episode
Yeah... That's true his desperation to not be exposed contributed to him giving in to the man's blackmail. But technically he would still be considered a "murderer" regardless of if it was a terminal case or not cos euthanasia is illegal in Thailand. Morally speaking, it's still a grey area cos who has the right to determine another person's fate? This man is most likely bedridden for life and he doesn't want to live like that. Does a person who is terminal with say cancer have more rights over their own fate compared to him? I am not excusing his actions, I am just asking where do we draw the line? When is it okay for people to take such drastic decisions concerning life and death? And do we have the right to tell people it's not okay to make that decision if they feel that's what they want? After all we are not the ones living that reality,
