I was actually shocked that they made it private shortly after it ended 😭 I was thinking, perhaps, they’re trying to sub the whole live coz, in fairness to KOK TV, that Live Streaming isn’t just a random event for LOM fans, they really prepared for it and I really appreciate them for that. Anyway, you can check @formykbl on Twitter, that account posted rough translations of the live (not sure if those include everything coz the live almost ran for 1 and a half hours).

Shinwoo’s character is almost perfectly written especially after his “pretentiously” rude phase. No wonder why many viewers preferred ShinTae despite the lack of reasonable amount of romantic encounters between them. I’ve read a comment somewhere that Noh ShinWoo is the softest and sweetest seme this BL world has ever gave birth to.

Seems like they really did not anticipate the success of Light On Me so more like there is no concrete plan in producing Season 2. I just hope they push through it coz the way they suddenly mentioned Lee Tae Sung won't make sense at all. And that line of Taekyung "So our story is just getting started." considering that we really did not see in full scale the romance between Shinwoo-Taekyung but they were the lead couple 😭

Yes, I agree. LOM has that big potential to go for another season. We've seen Taekyung realized that he likes Daon more than a friend but what about towards Shinwoo? We need Taekyung's POV. It's very important so that viewers would understand more why Taekyung considered Shinwoo as his first love and not Daon despite having majority of the episodes focused on DaKyung's romance. It would really make sense because we don't know actually how did they end up holding hands while walking to school after that night walk. Are they already in a relationship at that point? We can only assume so it would be a lot better if we know. Director-nim, if you can see this, I'm respectfully begging.

Just dropping by to remind you all of their Live Streaming tomorrow, 8PM KST on YouTube (KOK TV). Let's gather and try to be massive in number so they could be assured of how successful Light On Me was. And maybe that might convince the production company to produce another season or at least special episodes. Who knows but we gotta try. Tomorrow could be our last shot to experience the LightOnMe feverr and that'd be very very sad 😭

Personally, I think Shinwoo has everything Taekyung was yearning for. He just did not notice at first because he's all over Daon but if you notice their dialogues, what Taekyung wants, Shinwoo has. To name a few:

Exhibit A: When Taekyung told Daon to be nice to the person he truly likes, Shinwoo told Taekyung that he's only nice to the person he likes (in their veranda scene during the trip.)

Exhibit B: When Namgung told Taekyung to wait for Daon until he's ready, during the cat-feeding scene, Shinwoo said that he does not like someone or something to wait for him so he'll make sure to always give and have time (for the cat, lol)

Exhibit C: My most favorite, when Taekyung confronted Daon and asked whether Daon even thought about him, then here comes Shinwoo's text messages and that infamous "Yesterday, today and probably tomorrow, I'll continue thinking about you."

Basically, it all flows naturally with Shinwoo and I think that'd be enough reason for Taekyung to fall in love with Shinwoo. These are just my two cents, absolutely no intention on shading Daon. I only tried to make sense of the scriptwriting

Ngl, I agree with everything you have said. I actually don't consider this a phenomenal finale because, let's all be honest, ShinTae's lovestory was mainly robbed from fans who have rooted for them. I am just somehow contented with the fact that they ended up together, at least we get to appreciate them on the last opportunity as the REAL main lead couple of the series.

I am still in love-hate entanglement with the LOM writer because I do feel Shinwoo and Taekyung's story deserve another series or maybe an hour of spin off just to patch the many loopholes of their romance.

Sorry but I won't bother for the meantime if anyone gets triggered.

I just want to commend all Shinwoo and ShinTae enthusiasts for holding on this long. Imagine seeing our main lead in confusion during the first episodes then getting hurt all throughout. It was a rough road and a lot to take and yet we're here now celebrating their love. Shinwoo and Taekyung finally found each other's love and comfort. I am very delighted!!! 💕

Make sure to be present on the 24th. Maybe if a lot would witness the Live Streaming they might be convinced to go on for another season. Fighting!!!

Someone clarified that maybe Watcha was just saying that they should be partners again if ever the production company decides to produce Season 2. Let's see until the last frame of EP16 🤞🏻hope they give us a hint.

On second thought, Shinwoo said "Somewhere you can see me at once" meaning Shinwoo wants Taekyung to find him and he just did so it was still their moment regardless 💕

At first I thought it was Shinwoo because it's Shinwoo who usually calls Taekyung "Woo Taegyong" in full. So I also asked around in stan Twitter but they said it was Daon.

We all gonna find out tomorrow. It's the last episode we've all been waiting for.
