That's not the point. Storyline is pretty good it's just the character development.

Oh no I get that but I was waiting to have a little more conversations about their lives. I don't really need a kiss honestly.
They are pretty cute but like I really wanted them to talk about their lives. Maybe how she ended up coming here and opened up about her mother's death and how that affected her. Him talking about his past and why does he not want to do math (he mentioned he wouldn't touch a math book if he was alone in a desert). I wanted them to explore that. Them calming each other down and maybe that's how she could have gotten more confidence.

Imo A piece of your mind was also a pretty wholesome love story but they opened up to each other and became each other's strength. Surely there was only one kiss but their love and chemistry was still amazing.

This drama had one job literally one job of giving us a good romance but even at episode 10 nothing has really happened. I love slow burn romances but even at ep 10 it's slow and buring me the hell out where is the ROMANCE.

Ikr her circumstances are not his fault. She treats him as if he is her sidekick 😂
He supports her so much but gets treated like shit and then there's the grandma who gets all the love even when she literally asks her to lie about her dad not almost killing her cause she doesn't want her son to be in jail🤦‍♀️

Maybe I'm wrong but what I've seen in dramas is if the character is an extrovert then they will be loud and judgemental at first but then redeem themselves in the name of love and if a character is an introvert then they'll be the nicest person to exist on the planet to the point that they'll probably not even wash their clothes as they might kill bacteria 😭

I literally wanted to go to that place and slap the hell out of everyone.

I just sympathies with Dae beom and that's it. I don't sympathies with YR or the grandma or the lady with the disabled son.
The shopkeeper guy who likes JY has literally no reason to exist in this drama and JY herself is just really irritating. She thinks she is so much better but in reality she is the type of person everyone just secretly hates.
Bom is okay ig I don't love her but I also don't hate her. Her dad on the other hand..............I don't even have words honestly. Her brother is non existent and I still question myself as to why the hell his character exists.

Character development in this drama : Baby I'm not even here.

Hopefully the last two episodes give me some kind of improvement cause I swear if I see YR blaming herself one more time I'll just punch the hell out of my phone.

It would have been different but the fact is many people hate the ML because it's played by the actor.
The character of ML is sure annoying but that's intentional but people knowing what the actor has done affiliate the character and actor.

Yes you definitely are a minority because the ml is is a R*pist and honestly should be hated.

I usually prefer Kdramas but this adaptation is much better than it's korean counterpart. The comedy and romance is much better.

Although I wished this was a little short.
