if you think you know the killer on episode 2 isn't it too little suspense instead of too much? cha siyoung also…
since it's a real case I think I might've already seen the name in the comments before so if you don't want to know be careful. I think the whole point is that the whole town is going to start accusing each other without any real evidence and the red herrings make it so we as an audience can do the same
too much suspense. it's killing me. the directors aren't hiding that Gi Beon is the killer tho
if you think you know the killer on episode 2 isn't it too little suspense instead of too much? cha siyoung also wiped his shoe exactly the same way the killer did. I think both him and kibeom are red herrings
So well said! I'm absolutely loving the slow burn, I loved everything about the show so, so much I went ahead…
I haven't read the novel yet but might do it cause it will be hard to let them go :( Where did you read it?
Yeah I think it's apparent who "grew up" on Thai BLs versus Chinese BLs. I also prefer the latter, the romance just hits so much more when you understand the characters
I'm one of those people who wanted it to be slower. I wanted Liyu Yi's avoidant personality and trauma and He…
I agree with this so much! I feel crazy reading those comments because if there are any issues I have with this drama, it's the exact opposite. I mean when I learned it's set in Kowloon I thought it would be much grittier. I wish it was a bit darker and more serious, because at times you can forget Liuyi is supposed to be a gang leader. I would watch complicated slow burn 32 episodes of this easily. But yeah I think a lot of the choices are due to budget and other technical reasons. I did grow to like the atmosphere and comedy tho, it brightens up my Fridays :)
I felt almost cathartic reading this... You basically said everything I wanted to, but didn't 😋Besides, there…
I don't have much more to say I just keep nodding reading this haha. I guess we just need to keep praising the dramas that go in the right direction and actually focus on the plot and characters so we can get more productions like this and not just nonsense plot which is praised for its r-rated content
for sure, the chemistry is amazing in each of their scenes, I'm not ready to let them go :((

hahah I'm glad you agree. I've been trying to ignore it since I don't like to bring negative energy but it gets to a point...
right? there's plenty of the type of dramas you mentioned, it's not like there's a shortage. and that aside, I get being a slow burn or fast burn enjoyer but it's ultimately rooted in the story. you can't just be like "I wish they kissed in ep 2 and slept together in ep 3". that would be a completely different story. you can probably find one like this, but it's simply not this one!
since we're watching as it's airing, the cliffhangers probably make it even more frustrating for people and probably a lot of comments like this could be avoided by just binging this drama. but I wish they could see the bigger picture - liuyi and chusan's relationship has progressed so much already, the writers are not going in circles or stalling but developing their relationship through each stare (or avoiding a stare), gesture and line and I personally think the payoff will be worth it 🤷♀️
I am so tired of reading comments from impatient bl fans saying nothing is happening because they don't kiss or that they should've gotten together earlier. do you actually take time to comprehend anything or just wait for intimacy scenes. the relationship is evolving with each of their interaction. the whole story wouldn't make sense if they got together quick, it would be out of character, especially for liuyi. consider actually following the story and understanding character motivations for once
yeah well then that makes sense from the point of view of Korean audience. then I guess I'll steer clear of the comment sections before I find out too much
