This is a good insight but most commenters here are actually positive in responding to different opinions about this drama. When some people said that they didn't like the storyline, or this drama might be too boring for them, or even said that they were going to drop this because of the unsettling themes, the fans responded with consideration and respect. What we're talking about are those accounts that are spreading rumors about the main actress and actor that are not related to this drama. Belittling or downgrading their appearances and performance. Some of those "troll" accounts even rated the whole drama with 1 star the moment the first 4 episodes dropped just so that the rating could go down.

You should check out her new drama "the story of pearl girl" and she's playing a very challenging role here. It was so good. Hopefully, the Netflix worldwide release is true. 🤍🙏

So Lusi really did reach out to her friends most probably because of the lack of promotion. She was touched because they posted right away, cheering for Lusi even before replying to her, and even those she did not contact also promoted the drama 😭 Dzamn this girl's dedication is like no other. And why is it that she is getting hate for this?! I mean other celebs to this, too, but suddenly if it's Zhao Lusi it's a crime? I highly respect Zhao Lusi for this, how can you be talented and hardworking plus dedicated at the same time? 🔥👏

no need to be angry. let's just maintain a positive atmosphere here. Lusi has a lot of friends in the industry and we are more than grateful for the support that she has been receiving. Also, if she did reach out to them, there's nothing wrong with that. It just means that she has many friends who are genuinely ready to support and back her up. That also means that these folks are thinking highly of her since they know that she's not only talented but has been working hard as well.

Hmm, not really. The number of people here encourages others to watch the series. The ratings are high because people are rating it by episode compared to other drama series. They've been waiting for this to air ever since before the 1st trailer dropped and that was months ago. Moreover, there will be more chances for this drama to be shown on Netflix just like Hidden Love and Who Rules the World. 🥰

Done watching ep 4 and it didn't disappoint so far. Love the acting, unique storyline, and of it being fast paced. But I must say, Duanwu might lose her neck at the end of the drama, people keep on strangling her. 😂
