Did they both find about her identity? If yes, in which ep?

Does anyone have access to the novel this drama is based on? If yes, do share the link as I feel would be a great read.

She is the second daughter of the Wang family and was saved by Prince Guang and sent to Cheng Xi. Cheng Xi knows her real identity and she clearly alluded it in episode 23 when she refused to kill Qi Yan .
I do not think she had any idea of a romantic relationship between them . It just happened . I do not think anyone can ready someone for that.

I think Cheng Xi saying that about Cheng Rou Yu is related to the fact that Qi Yan shot an arrow in her heart therefore as revenge she wanted Yu'er to cut out his heart because imagining a romantic relationship between them beforehand and preparing her as his ideal type is impossible for Cheng Xi as she does not really know Qi Yan. I don't think anybody does excluding Han Ding and now Cheng Rou Yu.
