I have a different theory. I think the moment in the water will be the point where she returns to the original timeline after the kiss. When she returns to the original timeline, she'll think ML doesn't know her and will try to win him over again, unaware that somehow he's the same person. Judging by ML's reaction in the first episode, he definitely knows who she is.
I I definitely like both versions, As others have said, the two stories seem different. In the Korean version, ML seems more mysterious and enigmatic. The fact that he has an emotionless expression helps hide his feelings and makes the story more engaging. FL, despite being confused, seems to be a more independent and strong. In the Japanese version, ML is more human, which makes it easier to relate to his feelings, however it is noticeable that he has liked FL since the beginning. The FL seems more fragile and calm, but rational too. Anyway, just my opinion on the 2 versions.

Did the 2FL know the reason why he broke up with her? I don't think he broke up with her because of the interview. I think it was more about both their jobs, he feels like he can't provide a stable life for a partner, he say that to the nurse and i think it is how he feels about LXX too. But i don't think nether of LXX and the viewers understand his motives. Personally i think LXX is perfect for him because she doesn' really need him to provide for her.
And how far are the things progressing between the 2ML and the nurse because it seems from the clips that the Nurse Genuinely loves the 2ML. Are they together together?? They went on few dates, but the nurse broke up with him in the latest episode because she knows he still loves LXX.

1) is 2FL some rich hotshot because from the clips I see that 2ML looks like firefighter - She's a famous actress and he is some kind of member of a rescue team, not sure if the term firefighter is acurrate.
2) is she Ashamed for 2ML BEING POOR which why she hid her relationship? I don't think she's ashamed, i think because she's an actress she didn't want to reveal that she's a boyfriend.

That was a red flag...if was a reality i would't be with someone like her...like waiting for him to sleep to spy on him, and i understand if she was suspicious of an affair or something...but it was business and she break like is privacy like that...and then leave like that...I feel like although HT is wrong in some parts, he is more mature...
