I am unable to understand or connect with whole Seokryu falling for seunghyo.She liked him when she was very young and they kinda like had the sparks throughout but it was not a one sided love like seunghyo.Later , she was in this long relationship with her ex .They have been through hardships battling cancer , depression.It ended and we can't blame both the parties for it and it's understandable.Also, I don't think they have given the timeline of when she left her job , was the depression and breakup happened after she left her job .I remember seunghyo overheating fl and moeum talks about how she still fully didn't move on from him at one point.I want to know at what point she completed moved on from him .How she started to fall for ml .I don't see the friends to lovers transition smoothly from fl's side.I am not blaming fl for anything she did in her current relationship with ml.Its just if creators took more time to pan out this relationship from her pov .We got more insights from her perspective about her family problems, work problems , finding a new passion , even her ex story than one of the most crucial part in the drama romance.I can't seem to fully buy the romance despite their explosive chemistry offscreen.If I see a BTS clip of them, I'll immediately go like pls get together.But , in the drama ,I am like even if u don't end up together it's ok for me .It's understandable why ml rushes for marriage because he got his first love after so many yrs of one sided love.Hence , we see more passion from his side .But still, she just battled through cancer, depression , unemployment, restarting, family problems , recent breakup of such a strong relationship etc..and like she got together with the ml .If it happened after a time jump , maybe I would have bought it .Since , I am unable to understand the whole process of Seokryu falling for ml , can u all share your insights so , I may see things which I am unable to see?

I don't know why the offscreen chemistry is better than the onscreen chemistry for me.It would have been better if they wrapped up the ex portions in the earlier episodes and developed their romantic relationship better.I understand their personal bonding but romance is not really working out for me .I want to know more of Seokryu 's pov to be able to connect with her more.The balance is off for me.She was battling cancer and depression with her job gone , relationship ended , family issues etc.. and the relationship, marriage for some reason feels rushed for me.This drama is a mixed bag for me.I wait for the eps , have a fairly good time watching it and when I think about I want to rant more than appreciate it.Seunghyo disappointed me again .I get that what he was feeling.He won his love after so many yrs and they just started dating, if she were to go to foreign , he would be disappointed.But it was not like she had already got ther admission there .She was just considering the possibility about it and the way he reacted didn't sit right with me .Also, whats with the writer , to clear up communication issues either an accident or an illness should take place.And their parents reaction to them dating, I understand such things occur in the asian household.But considering, how they just reconciled with their children and know what hardships they had gone through , they are behaving immaturely like this.Anways ,I hope they wrap up the drama well.

Their relationship is strong enough that this can't have a really negative impact.But it should atleast have a small impact for me to beleive it's realistic.It's been so long since she came back to korea maybe just a small dialogue when they banter like were u that busy that u didn't contact me once in 3 yrs? It just didn't make sense to me if a person like seunghyo who is my best friend if suddenly they cut contact with me even after several attempts of trying to reach them , it would really make me curious as to why it happened or will definitely affect my present eq with them

Also , I am curious what is the problem between seunghyo's parents?Did the dad initially when sh was a kid itself had his doubts that she was cheating on him which I think definitely is a misunderstanding or if not what led to their relationship problem?Because ,I think they had an love marriage.Ofcourse , they could have gotten busy in work .But would it cause them to probably not communicate properly for nearly 30 yrs.I don't find it realistic.

I just want to know when seokryu and her ex started dating?This is not the first time seunghyo knows she has a bf and saw her with him right .Let's assume when he travelled to see her he thought maybe he still has a chance , then when he saw her with him he became upset and wanted to get rid of his feelings, hence ghosted her for 3 yrs.I don't remember did they address this issue when they met after her breakup .Your bf ghosted when u tried to reach him for past 3 yrs when u needed him the most . Irrespective of whether she has cancer on not , he ghosted her .It would definitely had an impact in their present relationship.I want to know whether this thing was addressed after they met?Because initially I thought they just couldn't keep touch because they were busy and distance etc..

Also , what's up with the writer making us think that both the mom and fl's ex cheated their partners while in reality they are not and fl and ml's mom both have some diseases.I also think that the fl's family must apologise and thank the ex for taking care of her all these yrs.

I have some questions,:
1.For how many years fl and her ex dated? And how much time passed since their breakup?
2.Did ml and his ex relationship ended in university itself?
3.Also , the day she needed her ex so badly and went to the party to look for him was the day she overheard her colleagues talking about her?

That is what I'm saying he didn't cheat on her , he was just helping the girl wear contact lens.I agree that both the ml and his dad are similar.At the end of ep 10 , ml itself admitted his flaws at the airport he is impatient , immature etc..I like realistic characters in dramas .But I just hope that all his flaws are worked up on upcoming episodes, So I could root for them more

Completely agree.Eventhough I love , jung jung couple' chemistry more.I just can't seem to root for seunghyo' character after recent eps when comparatively we have this other guy here.So, I just thought if he was just a cheater , It would have been more easy for me to root for ml despite his flaws

They made us think that the ex cheated her till ep 8, so obviously I hated him.But after ep 9, Even though what he did was wrong and I kind of understand why the relationship ended , I like his character more than ml.When I compare , both the guys ml's character for me has some red flag behaviours which I hope the writer would work on in upcoming eps.

I hated seokryu 's ex till ep 8 and after ep 9 , I like him more than the ml , what should I do? He should have just been a cheater.I remember he was the one in be melodramatic and he made me cry there also. But , I really appreciate the writers for not showing the ex's as pure evil .I really like the fact that no character here is perfect and everyone has their own flaws .But , I hope the writer gives character development to ml (I just have so many irks about his character).Writer nim , do something and make me forget about all the flaws in ml .
