Dam I really don't wanna be that person but I keep thinking the only reason she accepted Yi San is to get away…
It could have been so if she had actively accepted him. The way I see it she slipped up, being unable to hide her feelings anymore. It didn't seem like she was acting entirely consciously and just decided to accept it since she couldn't pretend anymore. But there needn't be only a single reason and could be several things.
I want to hear everyone's opinion why she grabbed on to him and finally went to him in the end of ep 15. Why did…
Together with what @LBPG said I think it was a subconscious act, she had been restraining herself all that time and on seeing him turn away she without even realizing it acted on her true feelings, when he looked back you can see her coming to her senses and start to let go but that small action was enough to let Yi San know how she really felt and she realizes that there is no point in pretending anymore.
I don't know if it is just me but I completely understood Deok Im's reasons after her talk with Court Lady Seo but I also read excerpts from the novel so that adds to me being in solidarity with her decision. At first, I was really curious what her reasons will be in the drama but from what I read about her life as a concubine and what she told Court Lady Seo everything became clear, and now I feel like just the fact that she did not want to be concubine is reason enough.
this drama is actually a real life story, she rejected the king 3 times and the king waited for her for FIFTEEN…
But that's Deok Im's entire concept though, her being ahead of her time. Besides, whether it is the 18th century or 21st century which woman (who isn't into polyamory) will want to see the person she loves with someone else and be expected to be okay with it, it's just that her character is brave enough to express her feelings and as for her reason of not wanting to push herself into harm I fail to see how self-preservation isn't natural.
After seeing ep 13 preview a lot of ppl are complaining that he is manhandling Deok Im. Though we are yet to see…
I wanted to add that I don't think morals are all what viewers are concerned with otherwise antiheroes wouldn't be so popular and the context feels more important than the character's actions in a fictional scenario. My meaning being that the drama not complying with 21st century morals may not be the cause of a viewer's disdain (I agree that if anyone does expect 21st century righteousness then they should remember that this is indeed a historical drama) and I don't know about others but in this case more than whether Yi San is adhering to morals or not I am concerned with how he treats my best girl.

Personally, I wouldn't hold Yi San manhandling Deok Im against him too much as long as Deok Im seems okay with it and a little grey in his character may help me deal with the pain of seeing him in mourning later but I respectfully disagree in regards to what you said about it being a different era. As far as I am aware a man laying his hands on a woman (that wasn't his wife) was looked down upon back then too and that scene is not between the King and his court lady but between a man and a woman he loves so his roughness is a little off-putting but yes, the drama need not follow the moral ethics of today.
Well i’ve been through this situation for several times and trust me, there’s no cure for it! Just accept…
I have been attached to several dramas before and I would rewatch clips of scenes, behind the scenes, edits, and whatever content available for weeks before I could move on after they had ended but never to the point of rewatching entire episodes while the drama is airing or taking up permanent residence in MDL comment section as I have with The Red Sleeve. Because I remember what it was like with the previous ones I feel like I am going to be in way worse pain with this drama
I think because the focus is on Doek-Im and San; San’s rise to the throne as a backdrop without a harem drama…
He does say that, "Only such a woman can produce a rightful heir and producing such an heir is my only intention" but I didn't think that he meant finding a suitable woman but rather it was a long winded way of saying that he won't take a court lady as his concubine

I am not sure I understand what you mean, he doesn't imply anything about finding a suitable woman he only says that, "I have no intention of keeping a woman of humble status beside me. Only a daughter of a dignified family would qualify to be beside me".
Agree, the way he was hesitant to even touch her cheek while she’s sleeping then let her continue sleep there…
Fr, the way he didn't lay even a finger on her while she was sleeping even though we could clearly see his longing and even going so far as to making the head guard stand guard so no one else disturbs her (as someone who hates being waken up while sleeping that meant a lot)
