I adore JoongDunk, so I’m really just watching this for them. I’m on episode 8 and crawling through it at a painfully slow pace. It honestly feels like a struggle. This has to be the weakest murder mystery series I’ve seen. The leads are busy living out their love story while the victims are practically forgotten. The only person who gets saved is his brother, just to keep the ending from turning tragic. If you’re tuning in purely for JoongDunk, you’ll probably manage. But if you’re expecting a solid investigation plot, you may end up disappointed.

Yeah, honestly, I felt the same way! I read the book because the drama’s plot had so many loopholes, and I just couldn’t figure out where it was headed. But after reading the novel, it all made way more sense. Like, the drama kinda lost me at first, but the book cleared things up big time. Sometimes the story just needs that deeper dive, you know? Plus, I totally get the frustration with all the arguing, different opinions are cool but the toxicity is just extra.

If “Me and Thee” does well, I need “Calm Down Mr. Rome” to happen. William x Est was such a serve in Thame Po, I still rewatch their scenes 🥹 Their chemistry is insane!! I can already picture Rome being all grumpy and Mok just destroying him emotionally (in the best way 😭). Manifesting this adaptation with all my might ✨

Just started reading the novel and... is it only me who really wants William (Thee’s little bro) to be the one chasing after Mok?? 😭 I don’t know, the idea of him falling first and being all soft for her kinda lives rent-free in my head. Anyone else feel this??

Exactly! Babe is a walking disaster in relationships, but a cheater? Not in his DNA. The man barely survives one emotional entanglement at a time—he’s not about to start multitasking heartbreak. He’s messy, possessive, reckless, but when it comes to Charlie, it’s tunnel vision all the way. And you're right, if he’d just said 'Willy was being a pest' upfront, half this drama wouldn’t exist—but then again, we know the writers live for our collective suffering.

I completely relate. It began as something light and entertaining, but now I find myself genuinely enjoying it. It may not be flawless, but it certainly has a charm that makes it hard to stop watching. Let’s hope it keeps that momentum till the end.

Actually the drama, step by step destroyed by the writer. They tried to change the novel, but it was a mess.

I missed Yinwar, and they are back again. The official trailer was super exciting, and the plot seems to be unique and refreshing.

I recommend everyone read the novel before starting to watch the drama. The whole plot is a mess. Why does this writer want this plot to be comic? But kudos to the actors for laughing at humdrum scenes, though I can't laugh even if I tickled myself.

Who found this crappy writer? It's better if they stick to the original novel.
