Omg I LOVE the cang hao and qin yi arc. Crazy to think that a couple of weeks or days for the younger sister is years for the older one. When they return from the illusion, it might feel awkward 😂. Either way, I love the development of romance. Jiu ying romance is quite nice but I'm very intrigued with the older sister development. I also love a cold ML that's done right

I love both leads. I like how the FL is an actual shy introvert, usually when I see plots with the same description, the FL is somehow always energetic and social, always bickers with the ML and likes yelling, like I don't even consider that a loud introvert. I like that there isn't really a toxic trait for both leads, both are simply socially awkward, no one is overconfident or arrogant. Characters I hated are mostly FL's mom, and 2nd couple wasn't really interesting to me. I also love how nothing is over the top, confession, events and everything really is quite realistic. Truly fits the slice of life trope. Not a big fan when everything is about the FL and how people befriends her and forgives her no matter how annoying she is. I also like when the ML is ACTUALLY socially awkward sometimes, not a cold person, there's a difference

Anyone know similar dramas with the same plots. I like hidden ceo son-in-law who seems useless and weak and it doesn't end up as a harem

Yep, it's best if they go their separate ways. And I hate the friend that's with xiu, she's like top tier manipulator at this point. She knows what to say and how to act in order for xiu to be with her. Although I don't like the whole group of friends cause they sometimes act likes saints when it's the total opposite, I like that Da Sen is learning from his mistakes. Although i'm still confused, was MM 2 timing between him and the photographer ex? Cause I thought it was only a one sided chase of da sen that was in love with her. So idk if she's considered a cheater like how ML tried to portray or not. That's the only confusing part for me. For the rest, I like that FL and ML are opening up to each other but it's mostly ML doing it, FL is still hiding stuff which I feel will backfire on her

Like I said, I'm with you on this one. MM is currently trash in all aspects. Just wanted to point out that aside from Yu, the group of friends are not innocent either

I don't like MM but she's not wrong either. ML only told his friend to solve the issue after he got called out for being a hypocrisy by MM. Also, ML blames FL's secret identity for wrecking couples while he's protecting the wrecker for the sake of friendship. When he cought FL taking the photo, it's obvious it would serve as proof for a successful divorce for Yu (which she deserves at this). Xiu needs to face the consequences of his actions. The whole groups of friends are all accomplices in this. I won't count FL since she seems to want to do the right thing (for now), and Yu seems like the biggest victim from all of this. Not only she's being cheated on, that same group of friends berated her in the dinner gathering in previous episodes, like full shade

Holy toxicity (love it, can be considered quite realistic too). So far, the only character truly deserving of empathy is Yu. Even ML is a bit iffy cause he's considered a hypocrite. Yu might be too much with the yelling but nothing she did so far is immoral and I actually support some of her yelling cause like she said, it's like she's the mom in the relationship, not the wife

I watched the vertical chinese movie of this but it had a system instead. Loved it cause the ML always had funny exaggerated expressions whenever he failed to lose money

Ok so far, it seems like hot-blooded dude x calm Female. Calm dude x bubbly female. I just hope they all have their happy endings, these kinds of series tend to like going towards a tragic or an open ended one

Idk if this is a hot take or not but 2nd leads romance and chemistry>>> 1st leads. 1st leads romance kinda seem childish tbh while 2nd leads looks more thrilling and mature

I better not see anyone support the ML before he finds out the truth. Don't get me wrong, what the FL was very messed up. But so far, from his perspective, she's married with a kid. So if he still chases her and flirts with her before finding out the truth, he's still technically considered a homewrecker

I feel so bad for shi lan, I hope that brother of his, the arrogant playboy, gets taught a lesson to start treating his half brother better. Shi lan is always trying his best it seems, his father, while praises him, clearly doesn't care much about him and see him more as a trophy son. His sister seems like how a sister should be for now, but the big brother is trash

Nothing much really, she married the brother after his death in order to infiltrate the house

It's 1AM for me right now and I'm holding my laughter. Every episode is hilarious, I also like that we get a serious yet aloof FL and a very goofy yet smart ML + the whole family is madness on its own 😂

Not really, he became the chief out of ulterior motives since the start (wanting that magical dream herb that the ML has). FL happened to be his 1st love
