There is a difference between speech/criticism and fake New and misinformation which is dangerous...I live in a country where everyday someone is lynched/killed because of some fake news circulating in whatsapp n other SNS...fake news n misinformation is a threat to any democratic society n promotes anti-democratic behaviour. Hence should be checked n punished.

There is a vast difference between criticism which is a fundamental of a democratic society and 'misinformation' and 'fake news' which is a threat to a democratic society...so educate yourself regarding the difference between these concepts..
