My life motto is simple - mistakes makes people, but don’t let mistakes became habit .what you are saying from business man POV which was perfect . As a lover he was weak , why would I want FL end up with a guy who doesn’t give priority or having crisis over her own company . I want to see good HEATHY relationship as an example not some TOXIC traits that will ingrain in girls mind that it’s okay to be second priority in relationships.

Dude literally didn’t stopped getting her company sold to someone , Fact he told to take care of her in front her father grave , very next moment you see him hiding whole business situation from her .
