the director/the writer : "the story is too good. we can't make the viewers fully satisfied. it's forbidden to give them all the joy. so MAKE THE ENDING TRAGIC !! HA .. HA .. HA"
if they minimize all the irritating cliche tropes and typical "go north, then south, and finish it with lukewarm ending" route, it would be "kdrama in chinese language, played by chinese actors/actresses". so they need to keep including it to maintain some trademarks.
how i wish there's a online platform where the viewers can question directors/writers about their decisions regarding cdrama's plot/pace/ending, with a big "what the hell were you thinking?"
good story overall. but again, the "i want to leave a big impression, so proper closure is off the table" card is been used by the cdrama writer. I really want to mock cdrama writer's mentality when dealing with the ending of a colossal drama.
to think that the writer though the viewers would applaud all this long messy angst/stubbornness/misunderstanding/bias, makes me wondering if they have a different view about what entertainment is. or maybe they just in a mission to rise the viewers's low blood pressure as a kind of health campaign. if so, they've done one excellent job.
Are you sure that you understand the meaning of FEUD, cause it looks like you don't know.
just like other viewers. we watch a drama. then we like it or don't like it. then we finish it or drop it. then we appreciate it or rant on it. then we move to next drama 😁
