you need to watch the previous season because this one is in continuation with s1. And i don't see the point in asking this same question again and again when it's clearly mentioned in the synopsis or you can just check the previous comments below.
In C anime, Ml has more screen time than FL and also he feels like Main Character than FL is it same in the Korean…
If it's a romantic comedy manhwa (korean webtoon) then it's the exact opposite.
In fact i can summarize 98% of them here....A FL and the entire world revolves around her with 2 tall handsome guys (one cold hearted and the other happy go lucky type) chasing after her. 😂 The only difference between Korean webtoons and kdramas is that in the former one you won't know which guy is the end game until the very end but that's not the case with kdramas. Also kdramas may or may not have a love triangle but in webtoons it's a must!
