I've watched all the good thriller kdramas including the ones you have mentioned that's why I only watch ongoing dramas. And i didn't say I'm not enjoying this drama or this is bad it's just not best or you can say it's not as good as the ones you have mentioned.

Nooooo. It's nothing like that. Chapri word encapsulates cultural nuances so i don't think it has a direct English translation. It's not necessarily a bad term.

I think the guy helping the victims isn't zhi bai but si yuan. My theory is si yuan has split personality disorder and his other personality which resembles his brother is killing the bad people and planning to kill that big shot guy.
Or maybe it really is Zhi bai. Because the synopsis says "the two brothers now stand on opposite sides".

I suspect that forensic doctor's mom. She might just be pretending to be a good person and deliberately kept si yuan close to her.
