Fair point but it was to co-incidemtal that once heat started happening once both committed to doing 'The Love You Give Me' that it fell though after pressure from the Daddi Tang scandal & Xing Fei fans threatening to boycott. After that Xing Fei had backed out & instead commited to 'Lady's Character' leaving Daddi Tang in limbo.

Both had the done a successful drama 'My Little Happiness'

I think the Crystal problem is straw that really broke the camels back. I am putting all biases aside here but from the names you mentioned for the ladies other than Zhao Lusi, Crystal is the real show piece to the drama.

Lot of comments on Wiebo which I believe they were even looking at Wu Xuanyi & Li Yitong to replace her tells me they knew without her the drama lacked the charm. Long & short you would rather a drama with her than lose her & replace her with someone (trying not sound disrespectful) in Bambi, she is great to but not to the degree of a Crystal or Zhao Lusi or Wu Xuanyi.

Since that loss, problem & problem happened & my opinion heated discussions might of occurred between agencies & producers which has led to this moment & also an unfortunate accident to YM.

3 months I think the producers have bought themselves to solve this problem. I think honestly they just want the Crystal problem to solve itself, die down so the pieces of the puzzle can fit again

Weibo has doctors orders 2-3 months.... 1-3 months sounds about right

There is things being said on weibo right now that YM has potentially withdrawn, producers have denied this. Big reason GJ fans attacked YM fans. Yang Mi could be out for 3 months as per doctors orders just released so expect changes in the cast for sure

I can recall many times in which fans have influenced their favourites decisions prior & just before production of a drama against pairing against certain actors.

I still have optimism that the drama will go ahead but back of my mind I understand the problem is alot deeper, the fan war has been brewing for a while

Look I don't know you, maybe we got off on the wrong foot but I think the approach we both may have isn't ideal. If we can remove the insults/attacks then we can exchange why we feel the drama is heading in these directions. Clearly we are both fans of the drama and have each taken intest in the back stories.

I think the Yuan Bingyan situation will be interesting. As much as some fans don't want to face reality, her absence will be felt. Hopefully they can address it. Right now think all parties can cool down and take a deep breathe.

I think the users online need show but more compassion when it comes to other people's injuries. I know it's not the actors directly attacking eachother but the fans. Right now plenty has gone wrong & would be good to hear what is going on behind the scenes.

Some of the current questions is;

1. If Yang Mi is out for an extended period of time does she get replaced?
2. Who would replace her in this scenario?
3. What happens with the Second Female Lead role now?
4. Will any of the cast be willing to stay on without a definate return date for Yang Mi?
5. Is this production right now worth it considering what is happening?

Lot of tricky questions without alot of official announcements, weibo is just opinions of people

First of all wishing Yang Mi is recovering & resting up well. Must of been horrible experience for her. Appears the production has stopped in the interim but good opportunity for both the cast & crew to re-group considering all the events happening both internal & external lately.

Right now plenty of question marks where this production is heading. Lot of silly fan wars brewing now on weibo between the leads fan bases.

I think both Yang Mi & Gong Jun stay on, when they commited to this, both knew was a major project over 3 drama series. I think both when the time is ready will carry out their contracts to the show.

Second Female Lead whomever it is, Yuan Bingyan, Zhu Xudan or if they wish to bring someone else in, I am sure now they have time to address this scenario. I know fans have opinions on what should be done here but advantage now is can properly assess without added pressure of short term timing to make a decision.

Rest of the cast and scripting - the producers now have time to sharpen up both the scripts, wardrobes, filming locations and make changes now to cast if deem in best interest. Possibly bring in other writers in to provide insights to improve the drama.

Some of the guest/support cast I can imagine might need re-casting as from my notes they will only appear for 15 episodes maximum & scheduling will definately be a problem if have other variety shows/concerts/dramas book in for later dates

Weibo has that she will be taking few months off for recovery, she received stitches. My opinion is booting ceremony is delayed, everything delayed until further notice. Chance for her to recover fully plus producer figure out scripting changes and cast changes

Reports of Yang Mi eye injury is that crew will have to wait few months as she rests & recovers as per her doctors advise.

I wonder what changes will be made now that possibly the whole production is potentially sidelined until further notice? Possibility due to scheduling majority of cast might change, we must also prepare for possibility that Yang Mi might take entended time off.

First of all, that's what the anime/drama is about. It's about Spirits and Humans re-uniting in the next life. That's the job of the Fox spirits is to re-unite the spirits with their human love partners in the next life which in the previous life they made Oath to re-unite. If it's not called re-incarnation then I don't know what to call it.

I check weibo all the time & nothing is conclusive to be honest. Anyway if you want to discuss facts about the drama then happy to discuss, if want to continue to go on attack for no reason then let's just leave it at that, this is a drama forum not a children's classroom. Advice just walk away
