I was so looking forward to how the drama will execute that scene because the novel described so well how broken…
yess actually you are right in some points. the thing is when people heard about the problem, they are biased: and may will find everything wrong about the drama, even the useless detail, you know Same goes for who read the novel, they are biased too, since the beginning, because of the changements, and they don't feel what they felt while reading the novel, and don't enjoy the show. that's why i tried to explain by the story of suffering and so on, though i am enjoying this show so far (i am trying just to put my feet on their shoes you know)
If you enjoy, then it's great π π , many are like you. because you watched it without being biased, and not influenced by anything. and i think as well that those who didn't read the novel enjoyed this show more too

okk, a kiss? you mean she kissed one of her generals in the novel ??? So she had some people who protected/ followed her in her trip of freedom, in the novel?
Actually, as i said before, we will always feel some kind of disappointment when it comes to adaptation novel to movies or drama. it's inevitable: they have to compact, or cancel some parts of the novel who are difficult to realize or by lack of time and so on... Even with one the the best selling novel of all time, adapted in one of the biggest blockbuster of all time: Harry potter we had some disappointment , it couldn't escape it. Now i have new rules: watch adaptations before the novel version : to have the better in the end: a happy ending π€£π€£π€£.
And WRTH suffered from the rules of 40 eps while was filmed in the old rule 49/50 /55eps, further more director+ screenwriter who quitted the boat and so on. but despite of that, i think it's still the best drama among many ones out there. it's still worth to watch
looking forward to this one too. Hao Du π€π€π€ The fight scenes and the scenery are gorgeous. as expected from the Director of Goodbye My Princess and Rattan. One of my favorite directors πππ He loves to shoot on real landscapes and backgrounds, with the less green screen as possible.
One moment about Lusi screen time, I'm Lusi fan and started watching this drama because of her. But I understand,…
Agree with you: They are in the same boat, and the producers or whoever did what they had done for the drama's sake. And yes my girl Zhao lusi, earned so many fans again π€£π€£ππ i closely monitor her account weibo , She gained around 400k followers on weibo since the beginning of the show. And this drama is a success in China despite of everything. and i am enjoying this show too
As I think I commented close to the beginning, I am all good if FLX wins the girl and HC wins the world. They…
hehehehe , of course that's why i said dilemma power vs love in historical drama it's usually that way: they have to choose between these 2 things And love isn't compatible with the thirst for power (FLX is more about more, HC is more about power)

YYZ wasn't dead early in the novel too?
I think it's one of the most healthier. we have good fun here, and find some besties.
I will camp in "Love like the galaxy" too , but we have to wait for that π€§π€§π€§
So in the meantime, i will be heading toward "Heroes", i love the director very much, and the drama looks promising too. It's a wuxia π€©π€© as well
Thank you π
Yesss 3B before the end of the show , it is more than reachable π₯

I want to applause the 3rd prince (Lui Rui Lin) again for his great performance in this drama πππ
their huge sleeves are troublesome π€£
