Unlike Phaya, Tharn does not dream about their past lives, neither does anyone bother to tell him anything in details or even show him actual memories from past lives. All he gets are vague warnings which if we are being honest, most people in real life who doesn't like to be told what to do, will ignore and behave exactly like Tharn.

Unlike Phaya, Tharn does not get to the see the doctor's dark side. All the doc shows him is his smiling face and support. How will Tharn ever suspect him of something much darker?

I expected Phaya on leaving the hospital to actually sit Tharn down and tell him everything he knows including the battle he fought while in coma, but what we got was sex after leaving the hospital.

Yup. Actors are paid to act and that chemistry we see online is just good acting and compatibility as onscreen couple. It's not our place to ship them. If anything ever develops between them in real life, it's their business to decide and manage.
