I feel that this show is not being adequately promoted either by MBC or Netflix. There's been barely any content…
Power of the people in this case! Its thanks to every fan who truly saw the success of this story. I won't be giving much credit to Netflix or MBC for doing a job us fans ended up doing on social media to cause an uproar. Pat yourselves on the back WTPR Fandom.
HA You visited this page, you commented, I bet you secretly love it. I don't know anyone who chooses to torture themselves and watch something they dislike, no one is holding a gun to anyone's head to watch a drama. LOL there are many dramas on air now, go watch that.
I've read a few comments claiming that Yoo Yeon Seok's acting skills are what really carry the drama. But WTPR…
I give both YYS and CSB credit for being such good actors in this show. I cannot decide who is better because they are equally good in the characters they play. CSB is doing a great job portraying a person with a disability and YYS is playing a character we all have seen before, just a different role as Baek Sa Eon. Both have challenges, but I would say CSB has shined the brightest for me if I had to choose. Her scenes where she had to sign always hits for me.
Yeah not getting butterflies over a 40 yr old man like sorry no 😭 also I don't see the chemistry at all like…
LOL Chemistry is through the roof! These two are ten years apart, that's pretty common. She's 30, he's 40, whats the big deal? lol And Yeah, NOT getting butterflies over a 22 year old man.
There were hints of her feelings though, like her obsessively studying his videos to practice her signing skills…
I think her interview with Baek So eon in episode 4 was a huge indicator that she loved him a lot. Even So Eon realized this with his happy reaction. One of my favorite scenes.
I haven’t seen a couple with better chemistry than this one in a Kdrama. Ever.
I agree with this comment. Also, I don't normally like any onscreen couples from Korean dramas even though I've been watching kdramas for 2 decades now. For some reason, this couple's chemistry is just fire! Man, already dreading when this ends because we probably won't see them pair up for another 10 years. LOL
LOL S.Korea just shutdown their president's martial law and they ain't backing down on another president who wants…
" It says nothing about the nature, efficiency and fairness of said GDP. " The same can be said about a country who is capitalist like the U.S. so your point is??
Anyway, this argument is about this article which we are going off topic. Like I wrote above, obviously Koreans weren't happy about this scene, complaints were made and these "woke" Koreans got an apology. When it comes to how Korean Ent is, better accept that this is the norm now or don't support it, its that simple really.

Why only mention woke, socialism and communism, are you trying to push your own ideology agenda?? No one said any or those ideologies are THE righteous ways, everything is up for debate. I wasn't the one pointing fingers to begin with.
Curious how you think the results of policies and actions are so harmful when in some of these countries who have communist or socialist governments aren't doing too bad. China is the second largest economy in the world, they must be doing something right even if there is disagreements towards some of their policies. So, the same thing can be said about your naivety.
Also, this article came out because apparently "woke" Koreans didn't like what happened in that scene, so we are to ignore what Koreans think is best for their people right? If things escalated to the point where the production team had to release an apology, I guess Koreans are pretty woke then.

Also: The phrase “woke” and to “stay woke” its not new — it began appearing in the 1940s and was first used by African Americans to “literally mean becoming woken up or sensitized to issues of justice” Still means the same thing in the U.S. today for a lot of people.
If the community was affected by this scene and filed a complaint, they should get an apology, in this case, that's what the TV show did, apologize. No one's canceling the show or getting fired, in fact this show is pretty popular. Not sure who is overreacting but someone like you. LOL
