Because you people are acting like ignorant prick . I am asian . In my country we too have problem with putting real people name in something that associates with death . Even non fans Koreans were disturbed by this .

South Koreans don't even write name in red colour cuz it's associated with death and you think putting names of real people on death list in a drama is perfectly normal . Sure thing . Believe whatever helps you sleep at night .
