I guess something must be completely wrong with me coz how tf I'm I enjoying this show alone π c'mon
I asked myself the same question, obviously something must be wrong with me to really really be into this drama at the time the rates are dropping... I absolutely loved episode 6π€π
Been expecting that kiss since episode 4, even though it's a drama, these things happen, right and wrong things do happen, so pls don't come at me with the morality ππ That last scene tho, am extremely desirous for the next episodes, am more hyped with this drama now π₯°
I only enjoyed cloy from this writerI couldn't get into a love from another star
I also wasn't emotionally connected with My Love From aThe Stars, can't even remember it bcos I didn't feel the need to rewatch it, I do prefer Crash Landing to it though... But this Queen of tears, I absolutely loved this first episode, hit me with so many kinds of emotion and the comedy parts really made me laugh, No cringe, what with the 1hr 16mins, I didn't know when the time flew pastπ
First of all, I think your comment should have a spoiler tag...People everywhere be talking about Female lead's…
Exactly, to each according to his own! FL acting and expressions didn't change the fact that I loved this drama, was obsessed when it was airing, it's the only drama I've rewatched some episodes uncomfortable times, and all episodes more than once!
Red sleeves might have had more ratings but I know I was emotionally connected with Captivating The King more than any other historical drama as of date.
These dramas are for entertainment purposes, so people react to it differently since we're not all the same, but what is not cool is when forget that fact and concentrate on their dislikes in the name of opinions in their bid to discourage others, that's not cool!
If FL was from the Queen of England, she's not a newbie in the industry, hence I believe she should be able to give off whatever expression, hence my saying that the Directors okied her acting/expressions.
What's so hard for k-drama writers to put as much effort in their ending as they did in the first episodes ? What…
First of all, I think your comment should have a spoiler tag...
People everywhere be talking about Female lead's acting, and ML perfect acting, are you forgetting it's the director that casted both of them??? For some reasons known to them, they're completely OK with her acting/expressions, she probably might look "more female" if she's more coy, I don't know.
The way all the cast acted their characters were so so good, the villains, the crown prince, the court lady Dong, everyone was perfect that I had to agree that the directors were just ok with FL acting, you all should cut them some slacks, nothing is truly perfect you knowπ
But like you said, that ending was not enough to satisfy my Captivated King, I wanted more good and intimate time with our leads, and unlike you, am very good with their chemistry, I use to dream of both of them together after the king confessed to "him"π€π
Go for it people, the ending while not satisfying enough, is a happy ending, and beats Red velvet ending!ππ―π cheers!π₯
Don't come at me, but why does the ML have to find justice for his older brother? I just can't see the logic behind…
You didn't say anything wrong, but then some relationships are like that, there's that one hurting and hating, there's the other holding on to the good memories and wanting to do the right thing... It all boils down to what your conscience is more comfortable with I guessπ
I think the drama lost you somewhere, but it didn't fumble hard or soft!I've rewatched some episodes more than…
Hahaha... you sound like an immature kid, the kid(crown prince) in Captivating The King sounds more mature than you areπ€£π€£ So as Nigerians we lack great taste in judgement, hence the reason I love this drama right?π€£π€£π€£ you cracking me up real badd ππ
Ok, if you've read enough reviews on dramas people love, you would have realized that there's always something they would have preferred to what they got, but it doesn't stop them loving that particular drama.
I would have loved more romance BTW the leads in this drama, and other minor things, but bcos am very entertained with what I got, The court politics wasn't boring to me... All the scenes were not too long and was meaningful, everyone acting out their characters perfectly that I didn't have to skip forward at all... Since I was this entertained, I can't focus on what I didn't like when what I loved outweighs... Do you understand this much???
Some of you forgets these dramas are for entertainment purposes, if you're not being entertained, drop and look for your speck, don't spoil it for others! Am sure your reality is not perfect, why are you looking for perfection in FICTION???ππ Have a nice day famπ₯π
i have to be honest i don't understand much of whats going on, all the names they mention might as well be in…
With this your comment, I think I understand why I've rewatched all the episodes, some twice, some thrice, some uncountable ,lol.. So I wanted to understand it, am Captivated with the drama, the characters all executed their roles perfectly that am not bored even with all the court politics scenes...This is my most favorite kdrama ever, it gave me all the excitement currently missing in my life right Now, hahaπ
Am new here, but I must say that "Captivating the King" has become a favorite of mine. The king is the best. Slight…
Am happy to see your comment, there are not enough people appreciating this drama, I can't explain how completely enamoured and obsessed with this drama, as far as I can remember, it's the only kdrama I've rewatched episodes uncountable times!πππ₯°
I for one can't wait for next weekend so I can put this ridiculous gimmick behind me once and for all.
For the fact that it kept you interested enough to be impatient for the final episodes says a lot about what you're not saying, do you know how many dramas people dropped halfway???π
Am truly sad this amazing dramas gonna end next weekend, hoping for a special episode or something ππ
After listening your words about teoh. I'm sure you're a still a kid. Need to grow up.. I'm sure when you understand…
I don't know if he's a kid, but I do know am definitely not a kid, far far from itππ but I do agree with his write up, makes a whole lot of sense to meππ―
I think the drama lost you somewhere, but it didn't fumble hard or soft!I've rewatched some episodes more than…
Greetings my brother!π₯° Honestly some people just love being evil! If they understand the saying "Different strokes for different folks" it'll guide them in giving out opinions, for the Fact you dislike the taste of a particular meal, you don't just use derogatory terms to express your dislike bcos that's someone else's favorite food!
I also love Perfect marriage revenge more, I rewatched some episodes, but honestly Captivating The King is the only kdrama I've rewatched more, am truly obsessed! I can't wait for tonight ππππ
Started great and then Fumbled hard, canβt blame the actors the script and directing if so daft
I think the drama lost you somewhere, but it didn't fumble hard or soft! I've rewatched some episodes more than once, some twice, some episodes thrice, without skipping! That's how obsessed I am, episodes 11 and 12, especially 11, I've lost count how times I've rewatched it!
I wish some of you would refrain from using heavy negative words to express your dissatisfaction with a particular drama, it gives wrong impression to some who have not started it, and it's unfair bcos some people are really obsessed!
I see so many people love Marry my husband, it was good and all, but I never rewatched any episode, and would never rewatch it, I got all I needed with just the one watch, same with Knight Flowers! So PLS, REFRAIN from using Heavy NEGATIVE adjectives, all dramas came together with a lot of hard work and resources, don't deter others, they might end up actually enjoying what you abhor, but they won't stand a chance if people use so much Negativity to air their views, cheers!
That last scene tho, am extremely desirous for the next episodes, am more hyped with this drama now π₯°
