Yumi was partly responsible for failure at his work. Yeah, may be in the end Woong did. However, Woon's action was always more reasonable than Yumi's. He was never ashamed of Yumi. Other side, Yumi was in inferiority complex through the whole drama and thus ruined the whole relation ship by overthinking everything. It's not always about lack of confidence, more about have taking pride in your genuine self which Yumi does lack.

For example: In wedding, Yumi was feeling embarrased infront friends thinking that Woong would be going to wear dress like homeless. Also she told lie about getting married infront her ex. But Woong is totally different- takes pride in his work, determined and idealistic. They are not made for each other.
