It's not rare. It's in a lot of cdramas and kdramas. I've been watching them for a while and they always do this. Sometimes it's not the main lead but side characters. My problem with this plot is that they never try to actually make the women appear as men, it's very rare for them to do that. They always put too much makeup on and make the most fem looking woman.

Have you guys seen the recent picture of our main leads in the rain? The chemistry in that picture alone is leaving me wanting for more. I can't wait for this drama to release.
