you are right. maybe whag ive read was not true. the good thing of this drama they spent their budget well to produce watchable drama. the cgi's and everthying are all pleasing to my eyes. iguess the production team understand their assignmentwhich is really good.

i think it's better to prevent comparison and fanwar. looking at only the ratings doesnt mean that drama is good, it depends on you. some would like and you may not like it

anyway, whether high or low budget what matters the most is the quality of the drama and attract viewers with its good flow even w/out promotions. there were many xianxia dramas with high budget and over hyped but didnt exceed the expectations to the viewers

ive seen in the hashtag discussion on weibo that huarong is included in the s+ budget together with the longest promise, the legend of anle, fox spirit, etc.

And I find her styling quite suitable in Devil Realm because that place is much more lively and colorful. Even the fox princess matches her style with Wei Zhi.

i know some of you will not like her styling in Devil Realm but i think we should focus more on the story. It's not her fault to have many accessories, it's her company but the good thing now she is slow getting rid that image. If you followed her in Chinese Paladin 4 & In Blossom her make up and accessories are different now.
